“Hands down, Carefree Cakery make the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted! We have also ordered a couple of birthday cakes for our kiddos, and they too are spectacular. Not too heavy on frosting, and the cake is light and delicious. Our friends always comment on how delicious the cupcakes/cakes are. This week, we ordered a Wicked theme cake for our daughter’s 10th birthday party and it was so beautiful, I thought my kiddo was going to cry with joy when we picked it up!! Plenty of parking and easy to get to in North Amherst and only 20 to 15 minutes from there to downtown, where we toured Emily Dickinson's home.”

“One of the best restaurants in Amherst! My partner and I order from here once or twice a week; the food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. Everything is seasoned perfectly. The all-day combo is so affordable, with a lot of options. We like the General Tso's Chicken, Mapo Tofu, Beef Teriyaki Skewers, Poached Chicken over Rice, and Crab Rangoons, but you can't miss with anything here. The service is also so sweet and lovely, definitely the highlight of Chef Lau's. Thank you!!”

“Omg. The bread here is delicious!!! The sandwiches are fresh and there is a great beverage selection. I am personally a very picky eater and it do not like chain sandwich shops but the shot table us different. My go to sandwich is a small tuna with Craisins lightly grilled. Sometimes they cook it for too long and it gets really hard but if that happens let them know and they will remake your sandwich for you free. I'd say nine times out of 10 my sandwich is perfect..”

“This place has the best birria tacos, good-sized portions, and is affordable. The only complaint I would have is paying for extra lettuce and the extra sauces but not receiving it in my past orders. They must have been busy during those times, but nonetheless, I still order from here since it's so good.”
