The Bolognese sauce is wonderful and is very close to my own but saves me 5 hours. The meatball parmigiana is excellent and the meatballs as so moist and tender. Question do you fry, bake them first or cook them raw in the sauce? A tad less salt and they'd be the best anywhere. The Eggplant Rollatini is fantastic. Keep up the good work. As soon as I have more room in my freezer I'll be ordering more. Do you ever offer discounts for veterans/seniors? Thanks
