“I went to this location today after ordering online. Payment went through and I went to pick it up. I guess there was an issue with the system and the order wasn't placed through even though it was paid for. The employees working were so nice And helpful doing what they could in the situation. An attempt to call the owner was made but being a Sunday afternoon they couldn't be reached which I understand. I did end up having to re order in person and pay again but a refund to my online account went through just hours later. I just want to commend the employees that tried their best to help me in a situation that was out of their control. Technology sucks sometimes but good customer service and understanding goes a long way.“

You might have to wait a bit inside during peak hours, but you are always greeted with a smile and top notch customer service no matter where you are in line.“

“Delight for eyes, I am person who enjoys the food through eyes first, we ordered a combo over rice and kofta over rice, wings...Firstly, the fresh ingredients that were added the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh cut, which is an absolute visual appeal. Place is cozy and comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. The taste of dish, I adored the kofta on rice thoroughly. My 7year old enjoyed her chicken wings and their pastries are a special mention. My husband liked his combo over rice and their sauces hit the spot. The red sauce was ?, just drizzle would just do the job. Staff is cheerful and helpful. Would highly recommend the place“

“Staff are always friendly and accommodating when asking for a change to the order. If you take your food to go and realize it was made wrong, as long as you bring back both the food and the receipt, they're happy to remake the food. I've definitely revisited this place several times in the past week alone.

Parking: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, but the area in front of the store does fill quite fast

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booths that move, as well as tables with chairs that pull out for easier access when seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get in and the food selection in the front is low enough that it can be seen from a wheelchair. They also have handheld menus at the front for if you can't read the screens.“

“This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.“

My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. I love the optional cranberry habanero sauce on the side. Considering the sandwich has over a pound of pulled pork, plus a side ( I traditionally get fries, my wife likes the creamy Mac and cheese), not a bad deal for under $13 with tax.“

Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! “First time trying this chain and would return. I got the 4 pc box, the fiance got the biggest box (sorry, can't remember what they're called). I only received 3 tenders, but didn't mention it because I wasn't finishing the meal anyways. The tenders were solid, not processed, the fries were good too. Garlic bread was good, but I wish it was toasted on both sides. The service and turnaround was quick and they served a lot of customers in the short amount of time we were there.“

I highly recommend checking orders when exiting drive through before leaving the lot just in case something was missed. Overall, the service is much better than the near by McDonald’s, but I would still say it is just average for your conventional burger fast food chain.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Shake Shack in Wrentham and would definitely give it a solid 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and well-organized the restaurant is. Even though it was fairly busy, the seating area had plenty of room, and I never felt cramped or rushed. It’s a great place whether you’re dining alone, with friends, or with family.

The restaurant was also exceptionally clean. The floors, tables, and even the bathrooms were spotless, which really added to the overall dining experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the space welcoming and hygienic.

The service was fast and efficient. I placed my order and had my food in just a few minutes, even during what seemed like a busy time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

Of course, the food was delicious as expected. The ShackBurger was juicy and flavorful, the crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, and the milkshake was creamy and satisfying.

Overall, this Shake Shack location in Wrentham is top-notch. Great environment, excellent service, and tasty food. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!“

“Wow!!! I found this place by surprise when we had to make a bathroom pit stop. So glad I did. Not only is the food absolutely delicious but the service was impeccablel. The gentleman that helped me was so friendly, and so helpful! I highly recommend.

“If you're wondering, like I was, if this location really exists in the belly of a casino, I can tell you that as of May 2025 it really does and it's just as amazing as I always remembered. It's the only one this far north in New England. If the owner or corporate hq dudes at Nathan's are reading this - please get a location or two somewhere around Boston. When the one in Quincy closed I was heartbroken. I took a subway, commuter rail and a bus to get here and back but was worth the 6 hour trip. Kinda odd that it's in a casino. The fries are the best and the little corndogs were cooked perfectly. The lemonade is legit too. Now I'm going to go take a nap when I get home.“

“I was very hungry and decided to go to the jersey mikes near my house. The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. Usually I dont talk to the servers at fast food places but they were actually putting in an effort to make my experience wonderful. I 100% recommend!“

“This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! “Went to this establishment with my family and will be definitely be returning again.
The food was extremely fresh and tasteful and the bowls we ordered all had plentiful portions.
The workers were all very good and the Manager was very helpful in explaining all the products and went above and beyond doing what she could to make not just our food experience great but our visit dining in the establishment very comforting ,as she kept making sure if everything was fine and if their was anything we needed to let them know. It was also very clean compared to other establishments I have visited and fully stocked with everything as many other ones have visited were always missing utensils, napkins etc.
This store should be the prime example for Qdoba, if they ever want to show how a restaurant should be ..not just regarding the food but the workers, cleanliness and having all the products explained and ready for their customers.“
