“I went to this location today after ordering online. Payment went through and I went to pick it up. I guess there was an issue with the system and the order wasn't placed through even though it was paid for. The employees working were so nice And helpful doing what they could in the situation. An attempt to call the owner was made but being a Sunday afternoon they couldn't be reached which I understand. I did end up having to re order in person and pay again but a refund to my online account went through just hours later. I just want to commend the employees that tried their best to help me in a situation that was out of their control. Technology sucks sometimes but good customer service and understanding goes a long way.“

“Best locally managed fast food restaurant ever ! Always busy and the manager is always busy but doing a great job with her employees and trying to stay afloat. You might have to wait a bit inside during peak hours, but you are always greeted with a smile and top notch customer service no matter where you are in line.“

“Staff are always friendly and accommodating when asking for a change to the order. If you take your food to go and realize it was made wrong, as long as you bring back both the food and the receipt, they're happy to remake the food. I've definitely revisited this place several times in the past week alone.

Dietary restrictions: If the staff is made aware of any allergies, they make sure that no contact with the allergen is made.

Parking: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, but the area in front of the store does fill quite fast

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booths that move, as well as tables with chairs that pull out for easier access when seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get in and the food selection in the front is low enough that it can be seen from a wheelchair. They also have handheld menus at the front for if you can't read the screens.“

“Stopped by on my lunch break and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and wow, it was smackin’! The spice was just right, the chicken was super fresh and tasted real, not that processed stuff. The fries were crispy, golden, and so hot I literally burned my mouth trying to eat them because they were that good. I’ve been thinking about that meal all day! Definitely going back soon. I can’t decide if I want to try the lamb gyro, chopped cheese, or steak and cheese next they all sound amazing!

“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! She also remembered our orders and was so polite. I would fly back up there just to eat at Shanna's again!“

“Always great food, cooked to order, no microwaves! My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. I love the optional cranberry habanero sauce on the side. Considering the sandwich has over a pound of pulled pork, plus a side ( I traditionally get fries, my wife likes the creamy Mac and cheese), not a bad deal for under $13 with tax.“

“This is truly the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. It’s always sparkling clean, everything is organized and best of all is the actual service. The owner is so personable, knows our order and always takes the time to have a conversation with us. My son is very picky and raves about his meal every time. I was walking out with another customer a few weeks ago and she said, wow, I’ve never been to a restaurant where they were in such a great mood and so nice. It’s refreshing.“

“Wow!!! I found this place by surprise when we had to make a bathroom pit stop. So glad I did. Not only is the food absolutely delicious but the service was impeccablel. The gentleman that helped me was so friendly, and so helpful! I highly recommend.

“If you're wondering, like I was, if this location really exists in the belly of a casino, I can tell you that as of May 2025 it really does and it's just as amazing as I always remembered. It's the only one this far north in New England. If the owner or corporate hq dudes at Nathan's are reading this - please get a location or two somewhere around Boston. When the one in Quincy closed I was heartbroken. I took a subway, commuter rail and a bus to get here and back but was worth the 6 hour trip. Kinda odd that it's in a casino. The fries are the best and the little corndogs were cooked perfectly. The lemonade is legit too. Now I'm going to go take a nap when I get home.“

“I was walking with a friend and we stopped at Pizza Queen to eat. I have eaten hamburgers in many places, but this place really impressed me. “Imagine this, you get off work a little early, take the train from Boston home to get the kids to the play place for some fun, and you arrive to McDonalds with the kids excited and things rolling smooth.

Your wife placed the order online prior to arriving and when you get there your slushee and pops are already on the counter.

Your youngest goes to the bathroom with mom to swap out his diaper before playtime. Your four year old is waiting with you at the counter.

Out of the back of the kitchen area you hear one loud f-bomb after another coming from the teenagers and manager. Your kid immediately looks at you, but you’re at McDonalds. What can you expect?

So, you get your meal and go back to the play place. You look over at your two year old to realize his diaper was not fitted properly and he starts to pee up and out of the diaper.

You grab him to take him to the car, and you being the responsible adult go to tell management. The young man who hears you goes back to talk to his manager.

They all take a poll in the back if they just want to shut the play place down and evict two other families playing there because “they just don’t want to deal with it”. Also imagine offering to clean it up, but no one has asked you.

Next imagine they were saying things like “who lets their kid pee on the floor”, “they must be terrible parents,” and how messed up it is the two year old had this accident.

Yes. All of these things happened today at this McDonalds. When I told the manager I heard every word they said and didn’t appreciate the mean and frankly awful things they said, I was told she was 24 and never wanted to have kids, so it wasn’t her problem.

When your customers and delivering value beyond cheap food ceases, what real value does this place have anymore? None.

“This is one of the best places to visit when I'm in town. I grew up going here, and won't get ice cream from anywhere else. The food is good and you can tell that the employees are very happy working here, and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend visiting here; you won't be disappointed!“

“This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! “We stopped by Shake Shack at Wrentham Village during a shopping day, and it was a nice surprise. The location on the outer side of the outlet center, close to the parking lot, which makes it super convenient when you’re already out and about.

The food was very good — everything arrived fresh and hot, exactly what you’d hope for from a burger joint. The mix of kiosk self-ordering plus table service works nicely: you order via the kiosk, then the staff bring your food to your table. Our wait time was around 5–10 minutes, even though it was somewhat busy.

The place itself is modern, bright, and clean. Because it’s near a popular outlet area, there’s a steady flow of customers, but the staff kept things moving well.

Overall, though, this Shake Shack location is a solid pick for a satisfying burger or hot dog break while shopping.“

“I was very hungry and decided to go to the jersey mikes near my house. The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. “I’m pretty sure he’s a manager due to his shirt being different from everyone else’s, he wears glasses and he was also working during midnight. He is amazing. He deserves all good things coming to him. We had an encounter and just because I did something that was the bare minimum he gave me two coupons for a free meal on him. He said I “made his day” but little did he know he also made my day because that was the nicest thing someone has did for me today! Didn’t get his name but we need more people like him.
