I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I earned 5 stamps towards a free coffee, but because I had to start a new card after misplacing the old one, they refused to combine the stamps or honor the free coffee. I'd like to know where this policy is clearly stated, as it's not mentioned on the loyalty card or visible in-store. It seems unfair to deny me the reward I've earned. Shame on you!
