I ordered my drink with no ice and was told the cup couldn’t be filled all the way because of that. However, my soda was filled to the top. Because there was no extra liquid added, the drink ended up being extremely sweet and tasted unbalanced. The explanation didn’t make sense, and I was disappointed with both the service and the consistency
