Starbucks Reviews
The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. Always great service. It’s a great place to start your day.
Get in line for half hour and they don't even have some of the things on their menu and you can't get out of line due to the design of the drivethrough.
If you want to go inside the building to pull out is even more difficult
Forget if you are in a rush don't plan on coming here cause you will be frustrated

Starbucks Coffee Company receives strongly mixed reviews regarding its service speed and consistency. Many customers report excessively long wait times, whether in the drive-through or inside the store, with mentions of waits lasting 17, 25, or even 30-plus minutes. A common frustration is that drive-thru and mobile orders often seem prioritized, leaving in-store customers waiting significantly longer. Order accuracy is also inconsistent; while some praise the attention to detail and always correct orders, others report receiving wrong items with no apology.
The staff's demeanor varies dramatically. Many reviews highlight incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient teams that create a warm, positive atmosphere and a highlight of the day. These employees are described as kind, professional, and working with seamless, infectious energy. However, other experiences include staff who seem inattentive to in-store customers or, in one case, attempt to force a tip after a poor service experience. The physical location is described as handsome with a warm, positive atmosphere, featuring contemporary design like warm wood-slat ceilings and a striking mural. Despite this attractive third-place environment and the city's resilience, operational failures often undermine the potential. The result is a beautiful space with premium pricing that can deliver profoundly underwhelming service, testing the patience of customers who may find their simple drink, like a cortado, to be mysteriously elusive or taste suspiciously like steamed milk with a coffee suggestion.
