She opened up right away as if we were long lost friends, She was friendly, cheerful and attentive, She even sang a few verses of a Beatles song. We got everything on time with a smile with service that could make even grouchy old men happy. She explained the drinks to a tee. Friends liked the generous salad portions. The chicken kabob dinner plate the chicken is always so so juicy and flavorful and paired with the rice and onion and peppers so yummy! “Nello’s Pizza is a cozy, family-run pizza place with the BEST buffalo chicken pizza EVER. I have yet to find a place that makes it better than Nellos. I first went here in 2015 and the pizza tastes the same as it did back then. The pizza is consistently good, with a crust that’s just the right balance of crispy and chewy, plenty of cheese, and bold flavors. “I’m not sure who is responsible for pricing decisions at Atlas Pizza, but the lack of common sense is pretty clear. I really like their seafood salad pocket and usually pick it up because they’re generous with the seafood. There’s usually enough left over for another pocket, so I asked if I could get an extra pita pocket and was willing to pay for it. They told me they only give those with salads, so they wouldn’t sell me one. Because of that, I canceled my order. I called Eastern Pizza instead and they were happy to give me an extra pita, and they didn’t even charge for it. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Unfortunately, Atlas lost a customer over something that could have been handled very easily.“
