Sarku is mall food. It's OK mall food. Moey and I went here and were pretty hangry and I suggested it since it looked the best of what was available at the food court. What piqued my interest was that the food is cooked to order. That is wicked rare at a food court. The menu is quite limited but that's OK since it usually means more better/fresher food. We each got the Chicken Teriyaki and Spring Roll and a 21-ounce pop. The Fried Rice and Veggies (cabbage) and CT were all cooked...read full review
Food is good and usually consistent with portions and flavor. Chicken, shrimp, steak delicious. I have ordered the spring rolls before and never again because they were disgusting, greasy with an awful smell.
Sarku japan is the best place to get food in the Galleria mall, for an extra 1.25 you get extra meet and extra sauce . Noodle or rice and they cook it right in infront of you I dont know why they bother putting other food vendors in that food court ... easiest choice.... choose Sarku japan
