We had dinner tonight at Garde East and it very well might have been our best dining experience on the island ever. Ari took care of us - making suggestions - which all turned out amazingly well. From cocktails to curated wine selections, starters to the best poached fish with a ginger broth - each bite was a fresh taste of balanced flavors. We were true guests - feeling cared for and guided through our meal. We will be back!
