“Hands down best bar in Boston. It's this generation version of cheers. Amazing to watch any game in and if you're not a Pat's even better. Although I miss the OG huevos rancheros the food is always on point and I've never had a bad meal there. I bike from beacon Hill where I'm surrounded by bars but theres only one I'd go out of my way to catch a game or grab brunch. It's parlor sports. I'll fight anyone that says otherwise to the above.“

“My son and his friends and the moms went out for dinner here last night. The Burgers and pizza were great. Cool atmosphere with the TVs. The manager was very friendly and wait staff was excellent. We’ll definitely go back.“

“We had my fathers retirement party here and it was an absolute blast. It was important for my dad to have his grandchildren celebrate with him. This venue had something for everyone. We got the Eagle package which came with private access to two golfing bays and tons of ping pong tables, pool tables, darts, cornhole sets and more. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. There are couches and comfy chairs which have a huge projector screen. We were able to watch the Red Sox and then the Kentucky derby. There are also many other flat screen TVs through out the room. This venue is modern and clean and Al was a pleasure to work with. Our bartender Meg was fantastic. Very personable and was excellent when the kids kept ordering their Shirley temples and soda drinks. I highly recommend this venue for your party needs.“

Seems like they were over 100 choices from large commercial Brewers to mid-size to locals. There are choices for everyone. There are the reliable choices as well as locals for those looking for a different taste. The apps were great. We had the hot tots, pretzel bites and crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks. I don't eat seafood and I tried one and it was good. I had the prime rib sliders. Great taste but I wasn't expecting a whole square prime rib per sandwich. I was expecting it to be sliced into pieces on the bun. It was a little difficult to handle.“

“My family and I just returned from the Charles River Chapter of the Bay State Council of the Blind Holiday Party at John Brewers. It’s at least the 12th year we have been going there. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food is always good and they provide braille menus. We all had a great time.“

The place was completely jammed and they were so calm and accommodating. Someone was always there to take a drink order or whatever else you needed. I have to eat gluten free and my husband found Tavern in the Square had a large selection of gluten free items for me to choose from. Brandon was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about my allergy. Through a little bit of small talk with Brandon, we shared with him a situation that we were going through. Tavern in the Square in Burlington and Brandon went so far above and beyond for my husband and myself when they didn’t have to.
