“We saw them on the Phantom Gourmet today and headed right there to get some take out. Everything we ordered was delicious! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff is very friendly. Next time we go we will leave the fur vbabies home and dine in. I am looking forward to trying more of their great food.”

“Visited here based on ratings and it did not disappoint! Tried to find a weak spot with so many things on the menu but could not. Sushi was great, sauces complimented the fish without overpowering. The Ramen bowl was good, flavor was more complex than expected from Ramen. Poke bowl was great with nice with a good balance of various flavors. Service was timely and polite! Even the drinks were great. Will be back!”

I was able to give my neighbors a gift certificate which they generously delivered to their doorstep and they even dropped off some food for me as a thank you! “Probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time and I’m very picky with pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza with meatballs and light on the sauce. Crust was thin and the perfect amount of crispy. The ingredients tasted like they were good quality and not the generic pizza shop stuff. Plenty of parking out back and the food was ready when I got there to pick it up. This is my new weekly pizza takeout spot now.”

“Service at the bar was outstanding and the BBQ special was by far one of the best we’ve had, and we’ve eaten a lot of BBQ in our days. I wanted “comfort food” and to me that screams chicken pot pie. The dish was basically tasteless and had a thick, over flowered, white gravy. You could hardly make out any of the chicken or veggies. Everything else was outstanding and would recommend revamping the dish or take it off the menu.”

Stopped at Whole Foods here in Pittsburgh and decided to try these and just cannot tell you in words how awesome they are. “First time ordering from Family Pizzeria and I am impressed! I ordered half regular cheese (for my kiddo) half bacon and onion (my personal favorite flavor combo!) and the pieces of bacon are huge! I'm talking - each one is like a third of a full slice of bacon. Cooked perfectly! I will definitely be ordering from here again!”

“Drinks and burgers were delicious; however waited 45 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night (which is fine!). Menu states that on busy times you may be limited to 90 minute dining. At an hour in, the host sat another large party who was expecting our table. We still had drinks to finish but felt uncomfortable as people were smooshed on the bench discussing when we left they’d be able to spread out.”

“When my Father passed away Ricos catered the "after party" at my home. It was unbelievable good, on time, hot, reasonably priced and EVERYONE was impressed that a pizza party could be so elegant and so delicious. Not one thing was missing and every side sauce you could imagine was included. My new go to caterer for future events!”

“We eat here frequently, major problem on occasion is cold food. Today had chilli, ice cold, then had pulled pork dinner, ice cold. Other people had mashed potatoes, ice cold, sent it back luke warm. Make sure you test your food before they leave the table.”
