“We used Royal Indian Kitchen to cater for my graduation party. The event for set for the afternoon. Ranveer and his team arrived ahead of time to set up for the event and were completely ready before the guests arrived. They made fresh samosas and aloo tikki at the venue for the chaat. Samosas are a must have; they are second to none. The chaat was delightful. We also had a platter of freshly prepared grilled chicken and paneer come out of the tandoor and it was super delicious. The mango lassi served as a great accompaniment for the appetizers. The fresh hot naan was delicious and went well with the main courses. Overall the food was a solid 5 star.

The service Ranveer and his team provided was beyond excellent. The team is hardworking and knowledgeable; very professional and very approachable. The entire process of booking the catering for the day; discussing the menu; tasting the samples was overall very smooth. Ranveer was very responsive to all inquiries and gave us the comfort and confidence for a successful event. We commissioned this to celebrate the birth of a friend’s baby girl— and couldn’t be happier. Laura turned this around in record time, which is pretty astonishing because, as you can see, the amount of handwork here is staggering. There are so many details to be appreciated here: lace trims, appliqué flowers, charms, paper insertions and bookmarks, even a handwritten note congratulating the parents on the birth of their baby girl, a very thoughtful addition. The cover features a clipped door that opens to reveal a card with the child’s name and details regarding her birth. Laura very clearly spent a lot of time creating this special, one-of-a-kind gift, and it shows. It’s entirely made by hand and every bit of paper, trim, and decorative element was considered. Highly recommend reaching out as I firmly believe her work is beautiful and so unique. As someone who appreciates and celebrates all things handmade, I am grateful for Laura’s talents. “Gourmet Caterers were the required caterers for our venue the PEM in Salem, and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with them for our wedding. Ann and Isa from the team were so helpful, getting us organized before the tasting, and adjusting the menus to fit our needs. We had a lot of Gluten Free guests, and they found ways to accommodate this so everyone felt safe with their meals. This is on top of how all of the food was. A special touch was that we were given a separate bride & groom plate to enjoy some of the cocktail hour nibbles on our own. The food at the reception was delicious, including a selection of petit desserts that were to die for. Everyone we talked to loved the food and were so impressed by the level of service that they received from the GC team from the cocktail hour, to the bartenders, to the tableside service.
