“We went for a wedding tasting today and were blown away with how amazing, kind and helpful, John and Julie were! John made us more items than we had requested and told his story behind each dish and the seasoning/cooking method. The food was absolutely amazing and I wish we could have everything on the menu at our wedding. Julie gave us the ins and outs of the timeline, options, steps by step what will happen on the wedding day, and really made us feel special. They both answered all of our questions and were very open to new ideas and modifying dishes to better fit us/our guests dietary needs. We are SO excited to have Tailgate Gourmet Catering cater our wedding in July! We HIGHLY recommend!!“

Chef Khari was very accommodating to our needs and made the planning process super easy. “I've been meaning to write this review for sometime, because Lisa and her staff absolutely deserve their flowers. We have used Tex's BBQ express for our annual staff cookouts for years. When we send out the invitation one of the first questions that are asked is "are we getting food from Tex's?" The staff are so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with. I am excited to use them each year for annual outings, but their food is so delicious and they make me want to host parties of my own with them on the grill. CANNOT recommend highly enough“

“Wanted to take a moment to share some images of a stunning handcrafted book created by Laura Michele Stevens, AKAThe (talented and lovely) Moonlight Chef. We commissioned this to celebrate the birth of a friend’s baby girl— and couldn’t be happier. Laura turned this around in record time, which is pretty astonishing because, as you can see, the amount of handwork here is staggering. There are so many details to be appreciated here: lace trims, appliqué flowers, charms, paper insertions and bookmarks, even a handwritten note congratulating the parents on the birth of their baby girl, a very thoughtful addition. The cover features a clipped door that opens to reveal a card with the child’s name and details regarding her birth. Laura very clearly spent a lot of time creating this special, one-of-a-kind gift, and it shows. It’s entirely made by hand and every bit of paper, trim, and decorative element was considered. Highly recommend reaching out as I firmly believe her work is beautiful and so unique. As someone who appreciates and celebrates all things handmade, I am grateful for Laura’s talents.
