Gourmet Caterers were the required caterers for our venue the PEM in Salem, and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with them for our wedding. Ann and Isa from the team were so helpful, getting us organized before the tasting, and adjusting the menus to fit our needs. Gourmet Caterers were the BEST vendor we worked with for our daughter’s North Shore wedding. They were the most responsive, professional and experienced team we hired and worth it! We gave them a 5 star review before we even tasted their delicious food! For outdoor/non fixed structure events, you need a team that can cook outside, manage a large staff, make everything look seamless and stay on time.
