Not Your Average Joe's is a fantastic restaurant with friendly, knowledgeable servers. The focaccia and parm/oil dip are amazing starters. The Clam Chowder, Ahi Wontons, Chicken Caesar salad, and Lobster roll are all perfect. The Key Lime pie for dessert is tart and delicious. The restaurant features an awesome array of food choices, including sirloin tips, burgers, cheese pizza, and chicken Parm, which have been praised for their deliciousness. The crab stuffed flounder is also very good, although some wished it had more crab.

While some visitors have experienced disappointments regarding food quality, such as gummy mashed potatoes and small portions, Not Your Average Joe's still offers fresh, hot dishes in generous portions, like the Mustard-crusted chicken and fish & chips.
