The tea is good, the prices are a bit high but still reasonable, and the atmosphere is friendly!I've noticed quite a few people complaining that the customer service is poor. A useful life hack for getting good customer service is to treat the person making your drink like a human being. Be polite and tip them a buck (you're buying bubble tea, you can afford an extra dollar). I've never had any problems, and I sometimes sit in the shop for an hour because the place is so nice....read full review

Love this RoyalTea place! Their Peach Oolong Tea is by far my favorite and automatic go to. Have taken many friends here as well and we have enjoyed every drink we have tried. Their Jasmine Alpine is delightful, as are their fruit teas/green teas, and their regular milk brown boba is right on spot! Definitely a great place to stop for a quick drink and mid-day pick me up, with ease of ordering too. Loved the ordering kiosk, made selecting from among all the flavor and add-in options very simple. Added ice cream to the bubble tea - interesting flavor, but would suggest you offer straw spoons or add in an extra spoon with such an order. Would make it much easier to enjoy the ice cream than just your standard large boba friendly straw.
