Made reservations. Showed up on time, dropped my partner off and I went to look for parking. She waited inside your "restaurant" for 5 minutes. There was no host, no one to greet her, and she was totally ignored by wait staff and bar staff. She left and called me and we went to another restaurant. Nothing like this has ever happened to her. Our party of 6 had an excellent belated-valentines day dinner this past weekend. Our server Danny was so attentive and personable. He kept the drinks and laughs coming! All the food was fantastic and came out quickly. We will definitely be back again!

Solea Restaurant and Tapas Bar offers a mixed dining experience, with some guests finding the food consistently good while others have been disappointed by unusual pairings and a lack of traditional paella spices. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and a history of over 20 years of welcoming guests. Recent reviews highlight that the food can be absolutely delicious, with dishes such as ceviche, chicken empanada, mussels, Brussels sprouts, and roasted cauliflower receiving praise. The lamb chops and Spanish sausages are also noted as being awesome. Drinks are generally good, but service has been described as slow and sometimes subpar, with guests needing to ask multiple times for water and waiting 10-15 minutes between courses, even when the restaurant is almost empty. Despite occasional issues with incorrect or missing orders, the restaurant remains a popular spot to enjoy a relaxing meal. The manager, Petronila M., was described as a great asset to the establishment, working as a waitress and handling the tasks efficiently and with a personable attitude. While the service, ambiance, and value were praised, some customers have noted that the tapas dishes did not accurately represent the traditional Spanish flavors, with dishes like pulpo, albondigas, and gambas al ajillo not meeting expectations.
