“Fresh Sandwich, But the Vibe Shifted Fast
Stopped by Subway for a quick bite and ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. The woman behind the counter was helpful at first—she made the sandwich just how I asked: split in half with the tomatoes on the side. The sandwich itself was fresh and tasty, though the spinach definitely seemed past its prime.

I appreciated the effort and even left a $1 tip. However, the mood shifted when I asked for a small cup of ice afterward. Her demeanor went from helpful to visibly irritated—no smile, no words, just attitude. It felt like I’d done something wrong just for asking, and the energy made me want to avoid coming back.

Overall, the food was good and service started strong, but the attitude at the end really left a sour taste.“

“It's Taco Bell/KFC. If you haven't eaten there it is inexpensive cheap food but that is what you expect when it is fast food. My rating isnt based off food because I don't have high expectations when I go to a fast food place.“

“The girl & gentleman working drive thru tonight Sunday 4/6 at 7pm just wow truly amazing & I pray a mgr or owner sees this because they truly deserve a substantial raise & you need to hang on to them!!! They truly care about your establishment & I witnessed them working their a$$ off!!! While he prepared she took care of 4 to go orders within 5 minutes no wait at all that’s incredible because I’ve seen this place n others take much longer for a shorter line. Food was excellent, hot n fresh!! They were helping each other & communicating it’s was awesome to watch!!!! You just don’t see this anymore!!!! Thank you both for being awesome!!!“

“At 11pm on a Saturday, my daughter and wife needed to use the restroom and this super generous employee unlocked the doors for them. ( the McDonald's closed their dining room early and we're rude when we asked ) thank you Burger King!!“

“The best food service interaction I have ever had just happened. I have only had bites of my friends’ Chipotle orders, but I haven’t eaten (it’s 2:00pm) and am running countless errands for a wedding. JAMES DEREE from the Wareham Chipotle showed up!!! He helped me figure out what goes well together (based on me telling my preferences) and delivered top quality service. I know it can sound insignificant, but James made my day. Needing food can feel silly, but it fueled me for the rest of the afternoon, evening & through all of my errands. Love James at Waltham Chipotle!“

“I was forced to go to this location. I've sworn to never go again every time before. Something happened since my last visit. All my food was fresh and piping hot, I received everything I ordered and paid for, I got the condiments I asked for, straws and napkins were in the bag and the staff was competent and pleasant. It was the opposite of every other visit.“

“We ate here for lunch one day and our only complaint was getting someone to come to the counter for assistant and a question. We ordered on the kiosk and had a question but when I stood at the counter to attempt to get someone to look my way, it was as though they were avoiding us at all cost. Then we needed honey and we had the same experience. The food was amazing however but getting someone to help us was very annoying. Sort of recommend.“
