“Fresh Sandwich, But the Vibe Shifted Fast
Stopped by Subway for a quick bite and ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. The woman behind the counter was helpful at first—she made the sandwich just how I asked: split in half with the tomatoes on the side. The sandwich itself was fresh and tasty, though the spinach definitely seemed past its prime.

I appreciated the effort and even left a $1 tip. However, the mood shifted when I asked for a small cup of ice afterward. Her demeanor went from helpful to visibly irritated—no smile, no words, just attitude. It felt like I’d done something wrong just for asking, and the energy made me want to avoid coming back.

Overall, the food was good and service started strong, but the attitude at the end really left a sour taste.“

“It's Taco Bell/KFC. If you haven't eaten there it is inexpensive cheap food but that is what you expect when it is fast food. My rating isnt based off food because I don't have high expectations when I go to a fast food place.“

“At 11pm on a Saturday, my daughter and wife needed to use the restroom and this super generous employee unlocked the doors for them. ( the McDonald's closed their dining room early and we're rude when we asked ) thank you Burger King!!“

“The girl & gentleman working drive thru tonight Sunday 4/6 at 7pm just wow truly amazing & I pray a mgr or owner sees this because they truly deserve a substantial raise & you need to hang on to them!!! They truly care about your establishment & I witnessed them working their a$$ off!!! While he prepared she took care of 4 to go orders within 5 minutes no wait at all that’s incredible because I’ve seen this place n others take much longer for a shorter line. Food was excellent, hot n fresh!! They were helping each other & communicating it’s was awesome to watch!!!! You just don’t see this anymore!!!! Thank you both for being awesome!!!“

Despite the mixed online reviews, my visit turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The restaurant's cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff immediately set a positive tone.Unfortunately, I observed dry burnt carne asada but found the grilled chicken to be a decent alternative. The barbacoa and pulled pork appeared fresh, in contrast to the dry and aged appearance of the sofritas. I got a custom bowl with flavored rice, pinto beans, pico, grilled chicken, and guac. I was pleasantly surprised and would give 4/5 for both taste and freshness.While Wareham Chipotle revealed itself as a slight hidden gem despite my initial reservations, I would caution against ordering online. This is a place where your eyes play a crucial role in assessing freshness, making an in-person visit essential. Some items looked freshly prepared, while others seemed aged, reinforcing the importance of visual assessment. A reminder to be mindful when visiting this Chipotle – trust your eyes and refrain from ordering online via an app.“

“I was forced to go to this location. I've sworn to never go again every time before. Something happened since my last visit. All my food was fresh and piping hot, I received everything I ordered and paid for, I got the condiments I asked for, straws and napkins were in the bag and the staff was competent and pleasant. It was the opposite of every other visit.“

“I called in an order for 2 small Steak, Cheese and Mushroom subs this afternoon 1/28/23…..First of all we thought they were Delish!!! Walking in the place I found it to be very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The cashier had a very friendly smile and personality!!!! Thank you for a very positive experience……Karen“
