How to wait a long time just for a little two-piece chicken in the side no one's clean the tables inside the Popeyes service was awful ask for jalapeno they don't have them wasn't as good as I wanted it to be
Food was excellent, service a little slow due to all the Door Dash orders that overwhelmed the worlers. Dear corporate, please get the two young ladies who were busting their hump some help in there on Thursday nights.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers really good, quick, and comfy food that is often described as amazing, fresh, hot, absolutely delicious, and filling. Specific favorites include the Classic Chix sandwich and the always-good Cajun gravy. The food quality is consistently praised, with items being crispy when they should be and temperatures correct. It is a great stop for a family meal after shopping, sports, or work.
The experience, however, varies significantly. The location is new and looks nice inside, but cleanliness is medium; tables often have crumbs and spills, and the drink counter can be littered. Service is inconsistent. During some visits, especially on the night shift, customer service is excellent, friendly, and patient. At other times, particularly during the busy afternoon rush, getting assistance at the counter is very annoying and difficult. Staff frequently ignore customers, direct everyone to use the kiosks, and avoid eye contact. Paying with cash in-store is nearly impossible, as orders placed for cash payment at the kiosk are often not made. The drive-thru and parking lot are also very cramped and can be problematic when busy.
For a smoother visit, using the app to order ahead is recommended to save time. While the customer service basics need work, the food itself is highly regarded, with some customers highly recommending it and others giving a more hesitant sort of recommendation.
