Stopped by Subway for a quick bite and ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. The woman behind the counter was helpful at first—she made the sandwich just how I asked: split in half with the tomatoes on the side. The sandwich itself was fresh and tasty, though the spinach definitely seemed past its prime.

I appreciated the effort and even left a $1 tip. However, the mood shifted when I asked for a small cup of ice afterward. Her demeanor went from helpful to visibly irritated—no smile, no words, just attitude. It felt like I’d done something wrong just for asking, and the energy made me want to avoid coming back.

Overall, the food was good and service started strong, but the attitude at the end really left a sour taste.“

The original recipe chicken has that classic flavor that hits the spot every single time, and it is usually ready pretty quickly, which I appreciate when I am on a tight schedule. “Amy at the drive-through window was absolutely fantastic. My son felt so special she even gave him a crown before leaving. She fixed her order and helped us out. She was accommodating to all of our needs. She’s a great addition to the Wareham she is what they needed.“

“First time visiting wareham. Went there to grab dinner with my dad tonight. I don’t know the server’s name but he is kinda cute 😂 and very kind.
He’s the only person at the counter. Not that many customer.

“I placed an order through the drive thru around 1145 HRS, 01 July 2026 with Jeremy..

He was extremely patient, spoke clearly, (I did ask him to speak up because I couldn't hear him with the loud vehicles passing by at one point), and very courteous..

At one point when I added on red beans and rice to my order, he suggested I get a BIG classic meal, instead of the REG classic meal, this way I would get the savings..

(I did the math BEFORE leaving this review.. Great job with the up sell AND keeping the customer happy!)

I have never been to a Popeyes before, I have only read the reviews.. and reviews for this particular location are not very inviting..

However I found my meal to be on point.. everything was hot, fresh.. nothing tasted as if it were days old or had come from a nuclear devise..

It's much different from KFC that's for sure.. the chicken is crispy, also juicy and has a great taste..

I don't get out to this part of Wareham late in the day.. however, I will purposely come out this way in a few weeks and try the spot spot again to see how it compares later in the day and I'll also try the dining room..

“I only usually go thru the drive thru here, but service is usually quick and depending on the crew members working that day or at that time. They have automated drive thru meme so u'll be talking to a robot. But they get the order right most of the time.“

“I called in an order for 2 small Steak, Cheese and Mushroom subs this afternoon 1/28/23…..First of all we thought they were Delish!!! Walking in the place I found it to be very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The cashier had a very friendly smile and personality!!!! Thank you for a very positive experience……Karen“
