“One of the best sub sandwiches ever. My family and I stop here on our way to the Cape. The food is consistently great. The sub rolls are delicious and always fresh. We ordered the Original (ham and cheese) and chicken Parmesan. Both subs were delicious with ingredients that were fresh and superior. Amato’s is not a stand alone restaurant; it’s located inside a gas station. Don’t judge: it’s a hidden gem of a sub shop, and I highly recommend it.“

Stopped by Subway for a quick bite and ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. The woman behind the counter was helpful at first—she made the sandwich just how I asked: split in half with the tomatoes on the side. The sandwich itself was fresh and tasty, though the spinach definitely seemed past its prime.

I appreciated the effort and even left a $1 tip. However, the mood shifted when I asked for a small cup of ice afterward. Her demeanor went from helpful to visibly irritated—no smile, no words, just attitude. It felt like I’d done something wrong just for asking, and the energy made me want to avoid coming back.

Overall, the food was good and service started strong, but the attitude at the end really left a sour taste.“

“On the Go catered an event for me this past weekend. The food was delicious and the delivery was prompt. I had not been clear on my order and there was a mix up on some of the food. Corey made up the order as I had assumed it would be and he had his delivery person come back with the order and he did not charge me. I made the error and he made it right! Now that is a business that I will frequent and tell people about. Thank you Corey.“

“This is hands-down the best subway I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly and they are so fast.

Granted this subway does get busy in the summertime so you do have to expect that these folks over here. Do a great job.

I’ve been plenty of subways where the bathrooms are not clean the folks they act like they’re on their first day
