I just wanted to leave a review for Sintayehu at Dunkin. She was working alone and still managed to handle everything so quickly and professionally. We ordered around 5 coffees, and she made them super fast while staying kind, patient, and friendly the whole time. You could tell she was working really hard, and she still gave amazing customer service. Employees like Sintayehu deserve recognition!
One of the nicer/cleaner Dunkin’s around. Super quick for 830 AM too which helped a ton!
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this location, but this is by far my favorite Dunkin I’ve been to! Neil and his team are awesome, always helpful and fast even during the morning rush. There’s a lovely neighborhood atmosphere and it’s always clean.
