I disagree with reviewer below who thinks this is the best diner in Watertown. It's not, it's near the bottom of the list; Deluxe Town Diner is WAY better than this place (and Uncommon Grounds is a lot better too) BUT NY Diner is open 10pm-4am on Fri/Sat which is a great thing. Food here is ok, prices are great, you get what you pay for. Fryolated home fries aren't my favorite but whatever. First time here will be back. Service was excellent and attentive. It's amazing how the server was doing it all. I would recommend the breakfast food and sandwiches cold or hot . The toasted bread was bomb.

We’ve LOVED the food, the service and the real diner premises ( a bit updated to neat, clean, a bit stylish, not too much) forever. The scali toast!! A place where you can almost imagine “everyone knows your name.”
