The two TV screens at the bar often show sports with the sound off.“

“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

“Had a delicious dinner last night at Avenue and wish we had checked it out sooner. Amazing wine and cocktail. Tried the Brie appetizer and Avenue Flatbread, which were both delicious and unique! “This is the second time in one week my friend and I have chosen this restaurant as our destination for food, drinks, and merriment and we were not disappointed.The staff is a delight, both times we were greeted with a warm smile and they were very knowledgeable recommending dishes and levels of spice. The naan bread is delicious and the appetizers and entrees we ordered were amazing as well bursting with so much flavor. “This is the best restaurant on Moody! My wife and I came on a whim when they opened a few years ago. We have been coming almost monthly ever since. The food is fantastic. The variety is incredible. Service and atmosphere wonderful and inviting. And the drink menu is extensive, both in delicious cocktails and a sake list we are still working through to this date. Any time we have friends in town, we bring them to Shiki Shabu Shabu as a treat to ourselves and them. Casual dinner at the bar is fun and groups at tables is an experience. This is what Moody has been missing!“

We also ordered the chicken and bacon rigatoni, the wings and a burger with Cajun fries. Everything was excellent. Burger made to order. Pasta perfectly cooked and everything was very well seasoned. Portions were amazing. We forgot to take pictures because we were really hungry.“

It was delicious although for the price they were extremely skimpy with the lettuce, and I finished my salad and watched everyone else enjoy their dishes. If you charge that price point for a salad I believe you should be generous with the foundation of the dish which is lettuce.“

“Kens steak house is a metro west gem! The reasonably priced meals, quality of the food, and very friendly wait staff. This is my wife and my “go to” restaurant when we want a great meal at a reasonable price, When you waking into Kens it feel “comfortable” like it’s your own home . The wait staff are so friendly and patient. They never rush you and are very knowledgeable about the menu. The steaks are the specialty of the house. Each time we’ve had steak it was cooked yo perfection! The drink prices are reasonable and the desserts taste home made! Great place and I hope they are around for many more years!!“
