Their guacamole is fabulous. Always excellent, friendly service. Efficient and kind staff! Great eating at tables or booths or having food and drinks at the bar. The two TV screens at the bar often show sports with the sound off.“

“We just went to celebrate a milestone and we had the absolute best experience. Our wait staff were helpful and very friendly, the drinks were great, and the food was excellent. One of the wait staff noticed that the table spoke Spanish (so did she) and that helped them feel even more welcomed. Just nice touches to show care. We're considering going back there for future celebrations, it was such a wonderful all-around experience.“

“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

“Just all round wonderful experience. Great location. Easy parking. The food is exceptionally consistently great with nice variety. Love the decor however I miss the China, but understand the practicality. Staff are amazing. Always a fun night of laughs. Conversation about the food and relaxing atmosphere. “We would like to give a higher rating and hope to in the future but there were several areas that could be improved:

1) My husband and I sat on the patio next to the front door. We used to come here alot when it was Petit Robert. They have done a nice job of changing it from French country bistro to modern upscale Italian, still very cozy. It was a lovely evening but it was disrupted by 2 young boys running in and out of the restaurant yelling the score to some game. They continued to yell up and down the sidewalk and climbed the lamppost. It really ruined the vibe. It was surprising that their parents (inside) nor the staff said anything to them. We could over hear the table next to us also commenting about this raucous behavior.

2. The service, although super friendly was slow. We waited for quite some time to place our order and for the bill. I never got the ice that was requested. Perhaps this is because of thr busy crowd on a Friday night.

3. The majority of our dishes were outstanding. The grilled squid appetizer was the best we have had in awhile. The squid was very tender and went perfectly well with the sliced fennel and lemon vinaigrette. My husband's wagyu dish was also beautifully executed. It was cooked to the perfect medium rare and paired nicely with the garlic sauce. Sides included lightly seasoned crispy fingerling potatoes and broccolini also cooked to perfection. I ordered the house special, lobster in vodka sauce with house made pasta. This was the biggest disappointment when the other dishes were so well delivered. The pasta was over cooked and mushy. The sauce was a bit sweet and there were only a few small pieces of lobster claw meat. This was surprising since the dish was more expensive than the wagyu. When the hostess checked in on us, she was gracious in offering to get us something else. I went with the black truffle wheel since we had seen other tables ordering it and the waitress had said it was her favorite dish there. Indeed it was incredible and did not disappoint! The pasta was not overcooked and the sauce was to die for! I loved it and would come back just for that dish alone!

When the bill came out, we assumed that they would have comped us for the lobster dish since that was what we didn't like and had sent it back despite their offering us to take it home. But instead, they had comped us for the truffle dish ($26), which was just over half of the lobster dish ($44). Seemed like a strange unprofessional practice.

Overall we still loved 3 out of 4 dishes so would still come back. Hopefully there won't be screaming kids and perhaps the wait staff would not be as slow.“

“I stopped in here while traveling. Wow, I happened upon a great spot! The place was packed when I walked in around 6pm. People were frequently in and out grabbing to go orders. I knew I must be at a good restaurant and boy was I right! I sat at the bar that was well stocked, unfortunately I couldn't drink this night. I ordered green chicken curry and went to the bathroom, by the time I got back it was sitting on the bar already. I couldn't believe how fast they were. The food was great and staff was friendly. Most restaurants could learn from these folks.“

“Had a delicious dinner last night at Avenue and wish we had checked it out sooner. Amazing wine and cocktail. Tried the Brie appetizer and Avenue Flatbread, which were both delicious and unique! Spiro, our server, was so attentive and knowledgeable. Service was excellent! Wish we had room for dessert bc that also sounded great but I guess we just have to go back soon“

“Our family came at the recommendation of our oldest daughter. The meal lived up to the hype with a great wine list with many offerings by the glass. Our server poured wine at the table and allowed one of our party to try a different wine before choosing one to have by the glass. A very nice touch. This is a unique menu with great appetizers, pasta, pizza and main entrees and very delicious desserts as well. Our server Edward made great recommendations and was very gregarious. We signed up for the rewards program because we'll certainly be back even though it's about a 35-minute drive from our house. Highly recommended!“

“This is the second time in one week my friend and I have chosen this restaurant as our destination for food, drinks, and merriment and we were not disappointed.The staff is a delight, both times we were greeted with a warm smile and they were very knowledgeable recommending dishes and levels of spice. “This was my second evening dinner at Branch Line, and it was as good as the first. Which is not easy to do, as an excellent first impression and first taste creates expectations it is hard to live up to. But they did. Location was perfect for a pre-theater dinner, as a group of us were going to a performance at the Mosesian theater, which is a 2 minute walk to a neighboring building. And the free covered parking is quite nice on a cold night. Reception and service were excellent. Food rich with flavor, and interesting. The rotisserie chicken - three varieties - is the signature dish, but all other in group ordered lamb, and were very pleased. Wines are interesting and fairly priced. Only reason I pulled pack one star on ambience was because it was a decidedly cold and windy evening, and our table was in the line of the entry door, so several at the table felt the need to bundle up a bit. No big deal. The place was packed and jumping. As it should be. Because we live two hours from Boston, I don't get there too often, but this is my top of the list go-to-when-in Boston restaurant choice.“

We also ordered the chicken and bacon rigatoni, the wings and a burger with Cajun fries. Everything was excellent. Burger made to order. Pasta perfectly cooked and everything was very well seasoned. Portions were amazing. We forgot to take pictures because we were really hungry.“

“I give this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️ We actually came here to the Four points Sheraton hotel because my husband has doctors appointments nearby. The reason for the five stars is first the ambience of the restaurant was on point and comfortable not to pretentious . We were met by the hostess and she said we could sit wherever we wanted as it was a Monday evening (early ) We started with a Guinness for my husband and I wanted a red wine . The waitress recommended a wine that was very popular Valentines evening and I wanted a Malbec . She brought me a sampler of both and then decided to go with a Cabernet on the menu and thanked her for her recommendation. We started out with the wings that were cooked to perfection along with a mesquite bbq sauce . My husband and I both ordered the Bishop Burgers . He ordered it medium well with Swiss cheese and regular fries and I ordered mine medium with Cheddar and their specialty Rosemary fries which were heavenly . This restaurant is part of the restaurant but separate. It’s a well known restaurant in the neighboring city where all walks of life go to . Jeff the owner also came by to say hello and to make sue everything was to our satisfaction. A+ all around“

We had the crab cake, beet salad, halibut and fish tacos, everything was fantastic, even the coffee with dessert was a notch above the rest!! “Kens steak house is a metro west gem! The reasonably priced meals, quality of the food, and very friendly wait staff. This is my wife and my “go to” restaurant when we want a great meal at a reasonable price, When you waking into Kens it feel “comfortable” like it’s your own home . The wait staff are so friendly and patient. They never rush you and are very knowledgeable about the menu. The steaks are the specialty of the house. Each time we’ve had steak it was cooked yo perfection! The drink prices are reasonable and the desserts taste home made! Great place and I hope they are around for many more years!!“
