“I give this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️ We actually came here to the Four points Sheraton hotel because my husband has doctors appointments nearby. The reason for the five stars is first the ambience of the restaurant was on point and comfortable not to pretentious . We were met by the hostess and she said we could sit wherever we wanted as it was a Monday evening (early ) We started with a Guinness for my husband and I wanted a red wine . The waitress recommended a wine that was very popular Valentines evening and I wanted a Malbec . She brought me a sampler of both and then decided to go with a Cabernet on the menu and thanked her for her recommendation. We started out with the wings that were cooked to perfection along with a mesquite bbq sauce . My husband and I both ordered the Bishop Burgers . He ordered it medium well with Swiss cheese and regular fries and I ordered mine medium with Cheddar and their specialty Rosemary fries which were heavenly . This restaurant is part of the restaurant but separate. It’s a well known restaurant in the neighboring city where all walks of life go to . Jeff the owner also came by to say hello and to make sue everything was to our satisfaction. A+ all around“

“We were in town visiting Harvard and decided to try out Sloane’s for dinner. What a great decision! We loved EVERYTHING! The food is amazing, service is great and the atmosphere is very chill. We loved it so much we came again our second night in town. I didn’t see one item on the menu that I wouldn’t devour. Our party had the fish and chips, pork sandwich (my fav), sweet potato and chic pea sandwich, Mac and cheese pot roast and the choco taco. I cannot recommend this place more!!“

The tallegio pasta was good but definitely more for cheese lovers, and the bucatini was great as well but neither were super outstanding. The clams were a bit disappointing. Tall Order: The same drink as the shop's name, a very beautiful one, like a crystal-clear sprite in the dark. It has the clean and mild sweetness of a three-star Presson rum, the bright acidity of a ten-year Madeira, and the crispness of pineapple peel and lime—overall very refreshing. It also has clarified coconut milk added, but the effect is rather subtle.“

“Came here for the matchbooks which were at the host table and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! The corn bread with honey whipped butter was DELECTABLE !!! The truffle Parmesan fries were okay but tbh could do with out the truffle add on. Also ordered the lamb ribs and oysters which were good. “My husband and I stopped by here for after dinner drinks and had a wonderful experience sitting at the bar. The bartender Juan was knowledgeable and let us try a variety of port and Maideria wines. It was a great experience and we felt like we were in a wine tasting in Portugal. He was very attentive and made the experience phenomenal. The ambiance was also very nice. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone in the area and don’t sleep on the Port wine!“

“A treasure of a restaurant on busy Cambridge St - walk through the door and you’re in a different world. Servers quickly become friends. Great spot for a romantic dinner for two but still a place where a solo diner feels welcome. Wonderful menu with choices for the adventurous and not so adventurous eater. “We were a family of three visiting Boston and after reading through the multitude of choices of restaurants and reviews, Clink was on my list to get reservations. This restaurant is in the Liberty Hotel, which if you've been to NYC it has the same vibe as the Roxy Hotel and the Beekman. I made reservations for a Saturday night at 7:15 and when we arrived the restaurant only had a few other couples there dining. I'll address this more at the end. Our server recommended a few choices of cocktails. My husband chose the Barrel Aged Old Fashioned and I chose the Crime of Passion. Both were excellent!! Both cocktails were by far the best we had the entire trip, and we had a cocktail or two at dinner each night during our five-night stay. Hats of to the bartender making those!! Although we really didn't see an appetizer that we could agree on we were served some outstanding rolls and butter. I'm not a big bread fan, but these were hot, soft, and had a great flavor. For our dinners I chose the Crispy Skin Farm Raised Salmon, my husband chose the Hand Cut Pasta Bolognese, and our son chose the Gulf of Maine Blue Cod. We all agreed each dish was prepared and presented perfectly and all three had wonderful flavors with no complaints. We didn't think we had room for dessert until we were told the options and one option was Peach Bread Pudding!! We found room for dessert and in hindsight wish we asked for one to go for the next day. It's a must try!! The atmosphere was great, the service was great (and the manager was walking around making sure everyone was enjoying themselves), the cocktails amazing, and the dinner and dessert was wonderful, so this left us asking "why is this place not packed on a Saturday night"? The only hiccup was when you walked into the hotel lobby it felt like they were having air conditioning problems, but the restaurant was not having that issue. So hopefully this was just some weird off night for this restaurant and hopefully more people have a wonderful experience like we did and leave great reviews. I know that if we come back to Boston, Clink is on our list to dine at again.“
