Unfortunately, we were at the Cape the last week of August and 1st week of September. I called on 2 occasions to make a reservation and I had no member of staff respond to my request.. I asked that I receive a call because I have requests that include messages to restaurant that we would like to sit near a window... My disappointment included a second call the next day after no response. I explained that I left message and no return call....

I’ve never posted a restaurant review but based on our experience tonite I feel it is warranted.
Upon sitting down at our table at 5pm, our waitress Julie reminded our party of 4 that she had another table reservation after ours. That literally set the tone for the evening. We felt rushed with every interaction we had with her. This is not high season with tourists.
I ordered chicken parmigiana with pasta. The sauce was not good, the chicken was overdone and I had to lift up the chicken to see the pasta. What italian restaurant skimps on pasta?
When dinner was completed, we weren’t even asked if we would like dessert. Instead the waitress told us that her party of four had arrived.
This was a seasoned waitress who only cared about turning over the table instead of taking care of the customers.
Overall, the service and food was probably the worst I’ve ever had on the cape and for the prices there charging I would expect alot better.
We definitely will never go back.

Always loved the Villa Roma and wanted to try the new restaurant. We were finally able to get reservations with friends now that the summer ended. It was great to have Jeanne wait on us as she is a holdover from Villa Roma. She is excellent!
Started with Ceasar salad with white anchovies, lasagna (with an added meatball), and finished with a tiramisu. All three were terrific. My wife had chicken piccata and loved it.
The interior was totally revamped and is beautiful.

Had a 6:45 dinner reservation for Saturday evening which I cancelled at 3:00. I thought I was doing the right thing. Especially where they are always super booked. I was charged $150 cancellation fee. When I called for an explanation I was told too bad you cancelled. I could have easily given that reservation to a number of families I know in town if I was going to be out $150:(. Not cool , leaves a real bad taste in my mouth, especially knowing they filled that resy in a hot minute.

Everything was fine until the bill arrived and we learned that we were being charged a 4% fee for using a credit card!! Outrageously cheezy and tacky!! Absurd!!
Milano's Italian Kitchen in West Harwich is a delightful new addition to Cape Cod’s dining scene. The restaurant offers a cozy and warmly lit setting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The staff are not only friendly but also highly professional, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
The drinks are well-crafted, and the portions are generous, making sure you leave satisfied. We sampled several of the appetizer and entree specials, including the crab cakes, the soup of the day, and the Rib Eye, all of which were exceptionally well done. Additionally, we ordered the Clams Casino, Con Vongole, and Chicken Piccata from the regular menu, and each dish was well prepared. We’re still talking about our meal the next day. For dessert, the affogato and tiramisu are absolute must-haves. They strike the perfect balance of being rich without feeling too heavy, a satisfying end to a fantastic meal.
Overall, Milano’s is an brilliant choice for dinner, and I hope this gem becomes a long-standing staple on Cape Cod, earning its place as a “must-visit” establishment for both locals and visitors alike.

Very good food I was seated at the bar to eat and the bartender was great funny guy But I would get there early before rush or after be cause it gets crowded and wait is long They have tables but the bar is better Go u won't be sorry Not cheap $

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit nervous. However, we found this place to be great! We had the meatball appetizer, Chicken Parm dinner and the Pappardelle Bolognese. All were delicious and extremely flavorful. Our waiter was great and attentive. The lemon drop martini was so good as well. It’s a small place with a great feel for dinner. The only thing that was tough is the bar is in the room right next to the dining room and it was quite loud so it was hard to talk and be heard. We would highly recommend this place.

This must be a great place because we were in Dennisport for a week and were unable to get a reservation for dinner for the next day on several occasions. Our attempt to grab a bar area table which are open seating(with a bartender wait list kept), would have been an hour long wait. Numerous people and review sources, rated this as a top Italian restaurant.
