Went based on reviews placed on the Cape Cod dining page. Had reservations for 645. Place is small. Maybe 10 tables and a large bar area. It was packed so my wife and I had high expectations. There was an issue with the A/C so it was a bit warm. Other diners had already questioned the wait staff as we were being seated so we didn't bother. Cocktails came fast as did warm bread. We had the appetizer special which was stuffed squash leaves with ricotta and spinach. Very good. I ordered the chicken parm and added the house made parpardelle pasta(up charge of $4 for pasta). My wife ordered the chicken marsala with the house made linguini ( upcharge). It took at least 30 minutes after our appetizer for the main courses to arrive. Not a big deal if it was good. I will judge if an Italian restaurant is good or not if they can do chicken parm right. This was a big fail. It was so overcooked it was chewy. Like eating a steak! The pasta was so overcooked it would tare apart when I was turning it with my fork. It was horrible. I was hoping my wife's meal would be better but it wasn't. Her pasta was also so overcooked and you would never have known it was marsala as the entire dish tasted of nothing but garlic. We did not complain. We weren't interested in having them make it again because the wait was so long the first time. We weren't interested in having the meals compted either. We chalked the night up to a poor meal and decided we wouldn't return.

Excellent food, servers and host go Fabi Beyond to make sure any requirements you have are taken care of. The bar has a wonderful community of people always fun sitting there as well. Love this neighborhood establishment!

The fried zucchini blossoms were excellent veal Parmesan was tender and flavorful, and the fresh pappardelli Pasta was very delicious. The wine at $16 a glass was a little on the expensive side.

We live year round in Harwich Port. When friends and family visit we always try to go to Milanos for dinner. It never disappoints. We love everything about this restaurant from the food to the service and the ambiance.

Good Italian food and friendly service. Restaurant is on the small side so it's a bit noisy and sometimes tough to get a reservation for.

Food was very good. Lighting was a little too dark. Had a bit of trouble reading the menu. Service was excellent.

The experience was great from beginning to end service was polite and on point. Meals were perfectly prepared and served. Small restaurant vibe cooked when ordered. Is a must visit for all Italian food lovers.

Excellent food & service in a quaint Cape Cod atmosphere. Great for a date night with intimate tables, but a lively restaurant scene. Certainly one of the best Italian options around.

Marcia

Food is excellent. Seating is tight and its noisy because of the closeness of tables and the bar.

Great food, the The Alfraedo sauce was exveptional. Scallops were sweet and perfectly done. Linguine vongole was great as always. There were 5 of us and everyone was thrilled.

Very crowded but we were seated essentially on time. But it was so loud !! Had a hard time hearing across the table. Nice menu-/ not too many options — lots of good choices. Everyone loved their meal!!!

Past reviews have mentioned how noisy it is, and they are right. My wife and I had a pretty good table, and we had a difficult time carrying on a conversation. The bar and restaurant were packed, which helped raise the noise level throughout the restaurant. My wife had the veal marsala, which she said was excellent; I had the bolognese which was OK. I realize bolognese is made in a variety of ways, but this version tasted more like tomato sauce. (live and learn) On the plus side, our server was excellent, unfortunately I did not get his name.
