Small but mighty Vietnamese cafe. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the bbq pork banh mi. It was very yummy and authentic. You can tell the bread and all of the ingredients are fresh.

Bahn mis are fresh and delicious. The bowls and spring rolls are also very good.
Service has been awkward lately. Often out of ingredients, unwilling to take orders 30+ minutes before close, don’t have AC for their workers for some reason
