I had a great takeout experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar. My order was ready on time, packaged well, and everything was fresh and hot when I got home. The food was flavorful and just as good as dining in. The staff was friendly and efficient, which made the pickup process quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience—I’ll definitely order takeout from here again! 🌶️🍴

I usually love chilis but this time it was not good. I placed a Togo order tonight and the man at the counter smelled of weed and when I told him I was here to pick up an order he ignored took a few minutes to go on Facebook and dilly dally before acknowledging me and getting my food. When I opened my food there was about a table spoon of salsa instead of a full cup like usual, no utensils, and missing items. I love chilis but was disappointed tonight.

Just came here for the first time and everything was great! We had Keisha for our server and she was PHENOMENAL! One of our best waitresses we have ever had.

My son is very disappointed that you removed his two favorite items from the menu. We eat there regularly because of the classic chicken nachos and the mandarin oranges he loves. Now he doesn't want to eat here anymore. Bring them back

Went with my girlfriend on Black Friday hoping to get a quick meal.The food was good but the service was terrible.We had an older blonde waitress who forgot things,never refilled drinks and took a half hour to get boxes.I wanted to get food to go as well but didn’t want to wait another half hour just to get a to go box.She also stopped at the table next to us multiple times without ever asking if we needed anything.This is all nothing compared to how after we paid she tried to take the survey on the tablet after and give herself a good review.

My friend who is vegan was accidentally served a burger with dairy on it. The staff were so kind and responsive and quickly fixed her order!

After they forgot my entire meal and wanted me to reorder and pay delivery and tip twice...I had to argue about being made whole after that and finally someone else understood and offered to refund the 2nd order.....they also sent me a gift card and today I attempted to use it for over an hour...didnt work and it was surely entered correct. Ive lost trust and will not do this again after spending that much and it being such a hassle. I ordered elsewhere and emailed customer service.

We got the new QP Burgers. OMG, these were absolutely amazing and pick up counter girl was awesome as well.

Yesterday our waitress was incredible and so friendly. Our interactions with HER were 5/5 stars. But the food is cheap and gross. The kitchen wouldn’t let me order a grilled cheese so I didn’t get to have an actual meal. I honestly only came for the Wicked margaritas but the kitchen didn’t even give us margarita glasses or the fun little decals :( very disappointing experience

Im very used to feeling rushed and like the waiters dont care at all most of the time at restraunts in the area but I came to Chilis and had Basil as a waiter and he was the best waiter I’ve had, confidently the best waiter I’ve had anywhere in the past 5 years. When we came in the parking lot was super full but we still got seated quickly and our food and drinks came out fast too. Food was good, any chain restaurant food is average tasting but I feel like chilis maintains quality while other chains are going downhill so fast 🩷🌶️
