I crave their chips and salsa all the time. The burger with the bic Mac sauce is amazing, and the chicken quesadillas are amazing.
The price combo for meal, side, and beverage is unbeatable.

Just went to this Chili's location. The food was pretty edible, but the service, staff, and atmosphere was an absolute dumpster fire at best. The clientele around us was also particularly strange, felt like I was at a Tex-Mex version of The Greatest Showman, even had the bearded lady, and my 2 year old thought the server was a bear. Probably not going back for a while, unless we're really feeling adventurous.

We used to love coming here. The last few times they were limited with food. No ribs, no mac amd cheese, no appetizers. We have been disappointed w the flavor as well. Our waitress was amazing tho and it was half clean.

They have a deal of 2 courses + drink for $16.99 (mine), and other options of other amounts that were even lower. I got the Sirloin steak with fries and rice and it was delicious. My friend got a huge hamburger that was around $15.99, I believe. My other friend ordered the shrimp pasta without the Cajun sauce and they accommodated to her request. Serve was very friendly. They seat a table of 6 people right away, not much wait. Great experience.

Wonderful staff, great waitress. Very loud inside. Ordered pasta chicken and shrimp came to my table cold. Omg!!! my mom ordered a chicken quesadilla. The cheese was not melted OMG!!! So we left. Was very good last week, a big fat 0 this week.

My parents and I was in town visiting. We had great service from the time we came in until we left. Our waiter Karen was exceptional. I Spoke with the Manager just before leaving to praise her and the Staff. I advised that everyone was pleasant. If someone had a bad day we could not tell. We also had great food no complaints. We are going back before we leave.

Had horrible service from our female server, got our drinks in correct, then hurried us through our order almsot making our choices for our sides, the never asked for a temp for tye burger. Didn't think of it till o got it. The burger was way well done with blackness on the bottom of the burger, the chicken sandwich was overly salty. Our local new london location is completely different so much better. Would never go to this location again. Table nine noon lunch 07/16/25

I can't speak for the entirety of the menu but for $11 you get a drink, a salad, and a gourmet Big Mac (Big Smasher Burger) and it's the best value anywhere. Plus free chips and salsa appetizer. The chips are thin and salty but they're free! Where else can you get delicious grilled chicken Alfredo pasta on the kids menu?! The servers are always super friendly, too.
