Haven't been to Chili's in over a year. Service was great.waitress was very friendly and nice. Food was delicious and the drinks were the best ever!! Shout out to the bartender.
The new margarita for six dollars was excellent. Can't wait to go back.great service food and drinks came fast.this is the place to be.

Service was still go. Ordered a triple decker. The chicken was fried so hard l had to send it back. The meat in the burgers were also fried hard as a brick.
Very disappointed this round.

Parking: I have handicap tag so l had no problem.

Extremely disappointed with my order this evening. I have always enjoyed Chilis and one of my main apps I love is the skillet queso. I've ordered it via take out numerous times and never had any problems. Tonight, the amount of queso received wasn't enough to share with the family. It was in a small container and my kids ended up disappointed.

Not only was it an appetizer we couldn't share, since we were given the amt for one person... But the food was a legit mess. My son's oranges were all over his pizza. My Alfredo was leaking into the bag. Absolutely disgusting after spending $70 on dinner.

Extremely disappointing. Don't waste your time or money... Not seeing the option to add pictures here, but I'd be happy to show them.

Staff is nice. Can get busy during dinner hours, but food comes pretty fast and tastes great

Chili's doesn't cook burgers medium rare but will try for medium to medium well.

They end up being dry because of it. Our waitress/bartender said she would ask for a medium cook on my burger. Unfortunately it was barely less than well done.
Our waitress was excellent but I wouldn't go there for a burger.

This is literally the worst chilli’s I’ve ever encountered. I never get the correct food when I order delivery. I don’t eat pork and ask for no bacon and they always put bacon on my food so it’s inedible. I tried again today after several months to see if their kitchen had improved but alas no. And then this time i ordered their Nashville hot chicken crispers and instead they gave me the mozzarella sticks. And it also looks like there’s a bite missing from the burger patty. Thanks for only letting me able to enjoy 1/3 of my meal.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at this establishment was disappointing enough to still linger days later. We visited to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and while the evening started off well—the new menu was enjoyable, and our waitress was excellent—the experience took a turn during the shift change. The new waiter was fine, but the issue arose with a busser who persistently attempted to clear our plates before we were finished, even upsetting my young grand-niece by taking her meal away.

When asked to return the plate, his behavior became increasingly unprofessional, culminating in him spraying cleaning products so close to our table that they landed on my niece and sister. It appeared intentional, as another busser attempted a similar act near my niece’s fiancé. When confronted, the busser escalated the situation, refusing to step away even when asked by both the waitress and bartender. The incident became loud enough that the manager finally intervened, though no meaningful action seemed to be taken.

What should have been a joyous occasion was overshadowed by an unsettling lack of professionalism, and unfortunately, it left a lasting negative impression.

This order was from last night 3/4/25 and was supposed to be ready at 8:24Pm… Never received my food because apparently it was given to a door dasher by mistake and it wasn’t until i gave a negative complaint online at 8:42 while still waiting for my order to be ready was I notified of the error and offered to wait another 25 minutes for my order to be remade or receive a refund. I requested a refund but then had to demand a receipt of the refund but was told that their systems don’t work that way and they couldn’t provide me with a receipt and would see the refund in my account in 24-48 hours. I was able to get the manager to provide me with a screenshot of the refund being requested but have yet to see the $87 refunded to my account. While I was waiting for my order I was quickly reminded why I stopped going to chilis years ago.

I ordered my medium-rare steak from doordash, and they gave me something that I couldn't bite like a stone! Are you serious? I spent 60 dollars to get such food, which is unfair to customers! Shame!If the chef is in a hurry to get off work tonight! Please pack your things and go home. Don't be irresponsible for your work!

I don’t understand that when you order Cajun Pasta Why does it taste like Chicken Alfredo. If you put a dish on the menu Please make the costumer happy And also please put the bread in a separate container More spice in the Cajun or take it off the menu Because people come to far to have the quality mess up!! If you can’t handle the high food demand you have the wrong management who doesn’t care Take the time to do things right!! Seriously!!!

Got food poisoning thank you chilis never again!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
