Chili's doesn't cook burgers medium rare but will try for medium to medium well.
They end up being dry because of it. Our waitress/bartender said she would ask for a medium cook on my burger. Unfortunately it was barely less than well done.

My server Amber was very kind and sweet. She was tentative and just overall great service. I come to this location often to dine in, and always welcomed by kind staff from reception to other waiters/waitress. I really appreciated ambers service tonight
