Costco is a racket that bilks hard working families ot of money by forcing EVERYONE get one of their lousy Costco cards!! I am surprised that they don't force the children to buy them too so they can have groceries! Their prices aren't really that great. Walmart has better prices most of the time. The gall of this company is incredible. Even the managers are rude. Avoid West Springfield!! They are the worst.

My husband and I had to go to the hearing aid center and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Rich & Lisa were. Very nice & very professional. It was worth the Drive. They went above and beyond A+++++

I was very appreciative of how polite and helpful every one of the many employees that I encountered were, very pleasant surprise! The items were very interesting and priced very well, a nice selection of many things, much different than BJ's and Sam's Club, and the gas prices were absolutely amazing! This was my first visit, and I look forward to returning soon, we are supposed to get one built here in the Albany, New York area hopefully sometime soon, that would be nice since this particular location is over 80 miles away, but definitely worth the trip!

The food court has gone downhill since the beginning of the pandemic. The service is worse in that they don't answer the phone as reliably any more and the pizzas aren't cooked enough so they are often doughy.

Can you please let your staff members know that you guys are doing an amazing job! I strayed today and went to bjs today cuz I was in the area and omg I feel like I got covid just walking in there. They are super unorganized, the person in the front counting the people doesn't know how to add cuz there must have been over 1000 people in there, no arrows, people are not 6 feet away(not even the employees), the line was all the way to the deli and you had to cut in and out of everyone just to get to the isles you needed. Half the people did not have masks on, there was nobody sanitizing the carts or really cleaning at all, there weren't even wipes so you can sanitize the carts yourself. people bumping into me constantly. Some staff members were rude. people were arguing over places in line. I had a full blown anxity attack...
