I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant for $8 yesterday. It was so greasy and I only got a sliver of 1 piece of bacon on it. For $8???!!!! Completely awful sandwich!! Never again!

I just paid $24 for a dozen of donuts And I noticed no matter how many times I will come here I will pay different prices you get Boston cream. This is extra you get something else. This is extra and everything is extra I mean come on $25 for a dozen of donuts. This is too much

We used to go to the East Longmeadow store so this was our 1st visit to the West Springfield store. We loved it. There is parking in the back which was more comfortable. We got there around 1:30pm and there was still a line to order but it went quick. Employees were great, very nice and professional and we will be back. And yes ALL of the doughnuts were great!
I'd say this is a Springfield classic. The donuts looked awesome. I had an apple fritter and it was big and tasty.
