Awesome family owned donut shop. Prices are fair and staff has always been fantastic.

I’m shocked! Years of being a patron-. …No More. ! best way to say it….’the incredible shrinking donut’. The quality has decreased, size of donuts decreased and price has increased. 👎👎
$14 for a dozen + tx. So sad!

Simply the best. Not much more to say.
Dlof is excellent and the service is fast. It's a little hectic if they are busy, but that just shows how good they are.

The only place like this left in a 50+ mile radius.
You need to go here because the donuts are fantastic and so is the coffee (Iced and Hot).

I’ve always look forward to visiting Donut Dip, particularly when it was in East Longmeadow. It is only very occasionally that I get to West Springfield now.
My daughter and I went there to purchase 2 dozen donuts and a box of coffee for our staff at the office.
The staff here in West Springfield at Donut Dip are the most unpleasant, unfriendly people you’d want to encounter at the beginning of your day.
It would seem that it might be the worst place to have to work.
They would benefit from a 100% complete staff overhaul.
The donuts are still as good as I remember, but the level of frustration in that place is off the charts. Very disappointing.

I pray they never change hands or close. Because there the last place in the area that has real doughnuts and the kinda atmosphere that makes you wanna keep coming back.
Vegetarian options: There's no such thing as a plain doughnut

You go here for the donuts. Not sure how many times you can ask someone if they want or got a breakfast sandwich.
Parking: Very tight and extremely limited parking. Be careful!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. Very tight entrance with in and out doors.

It's everything you want in a roadside donut shop. The outside appearances look a little dingy, but they have fantastic donuts!!! The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. And The coffee is not great (from New England Coffee Company), but the donuts are so good that this place is a must stop every time I'm traveling through.
