We got take out. When we got there there was a problem with the order. They found it first. They remade the order and while waiting they gave us a soda . All the time apologizing for the delay. Food was perfect. Server went above and beyond.

Hello, i would like to thank you first. I went to the hot table for the first time, in the wrst springfield shops. I thought it was very clean and inviting. Staff wad very friendly. One thing i love about this, is i have a gluten allergy, and i can't go really anywhere locally, for a sandwich to go. I either have to have a sit down, or make it at home. Though its not an inconvenient to make it at home, i like being able to grab and go, and close to home. Then, its delicious! I have the southwest chicken. Had it again tonight and consistently just as good. You got my thumbs up. I will be spreading the word!😁

Stopped into Hot Table Panini and tried the Southwest Chicken Panini. My order was ready fast, and the panini was excellent—crispy on the outside, with a flavorful mix of chicken, salami, chipotle mayo, roasted onions, and melty cheese inside. The touch of spice was just right, giving it some kick without being overwhelming.
The staff kept things moving quickly, the dining room was clean, and there’s a nice variety of drink options including fresh lemonade, raspberry lemonade, and unsweetened tea. I also noticed they’ve added handcrafted milkshakes to the menu if you want something sweet.
Overall, flavorful food and fast service make this a great spot for a quick but satisfying meal!

Not typically a big chain restaurant fan, but also love me a good turkey sandwich. Hot table has been a pleasant surprise - I’ve been a few times now. The ingredients are always fresh and it’s consistently on point. And bonus, Ben and Anik at the West Springfield location are super friendly and provided great customer service. Combined with a delicious turkey panini, it was a lovely experience! Will continue to be a regular customer here.
