Chicken tenders were dry, but parmesean chix was good. hard to get servers attention when you needed anything. It was very busy, lots of birthdays, and larger parties.

LongHorn Steakhouse – A Fantastic Steak & Seafood Experience in West Springfield

I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in West Springfield, where I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo with a Caesar salad and mac & cheese. From start to finish, the meal delivered on quality, flavor, and satisfaction.

The meal started with warm, freshly baked bread served with creamy whipped butter—simple but always a nice touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, topped with crunchy croutons and shavings of parmesan, a well-balanced start to the meal.

Then came the main course—a perfectly grilled sirloin steak, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with Redrock grilled shrimp skewered and served over a bed of rice. The shrimp were plump, slightly smoky, and caramelized just right, with a side of melted butter for dipping. The mac & cheese was a standout, baked with a crispy, golden breadcrumb topping that added a nice crunch to the creamy, cheesy pasta.

The portion sizes were generous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. LongHorn continues to deliver on quality steaks and flavorful combos, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

Very reindeery lots to look at cowboy style good foods if you feel like getting chicken tenders they may burn them 😂 one time it happened but it was busy so it chill

This place will be in my blacklist of places not to go. The butter for the bread wasn't room temperature which it was rough to spread on the bread, the steak i asked for med rare and I got fully cooked it was rough once again to eat it. The texture on the cheesecake ruined, it wasn't creamy the cheese cake but flavor wise was good.

Asked for MR stake got it rare. Didnt get that warm loving feeling i wished for. Food was alright dont get me wrong but i had higher hopes. Like the salad came in a different bowl and neither the stake or the salmon was accompanied by no sauce. Just bland stake and salmon. Again, tasted good, but lacked excitement.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment my children and I received during our recent visit. I joined the waiting list in person, yet I was unexpectedly removed without any notice. When I inquired why guests who arrived after me were being served first, I was informed that I was no longer on the list. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, I received neither an explanation nor an apology.

What hurt most was the cold and dismissive attitude shown toward me and my children. My little ones were frightened by the hostility we encountered. As an African American family, we should never be subjected to such treatment, nor should anyone else. We came in good spirits, ready to enjoy a meal, but left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Good leadership is reflected in kindness, empathy, and fairness toward all patrons, regardless of their race, background, or appearance. I urge you to hire managers who cultivate a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Racism and prejudice have no place in any establishment, and treating others with dignity should always be a priority.

Please remember: the ground you stand on now will one day be the roof over all of us when we rest. No status or race matters in the end—only how we treat one another in this life.

I hope you will reflect on this experience and make the necessary changes so that no one else endures what we did.
