My Family and I choose this Hotel due to the Waterpark. Upon arrival we were told that the Waterpark was only Open Friday-Sunday from 4-7 well after our checkout time on Friday. The guy at the front desk did say we can get in free but we were not going to stay 3hrs after checking out to go to the Waterpark. No where is this mentioned on the site nor when booking. They also have a restaurant that was not open and the breakfast is packaged muffins that's behind the front desk. This place is not clean at all, looks like they had some type of water damage as there was mold in each of my family members rooms near the windows. One room curtains had this white powder or dust that got all over the kids when they looked out the window. We found candy and empty lotion bottles in the nightstand so housekeeping is NOT CLEANING PROPERLY. I used Microban and Lysol in each of our rooms as we did not want to touch anything. There were trash bags at the front entrance that was full of pill bottles and sketchy looking people just hanging around. If we hadn't come from CT and booked a month in advanced we would have went somewhere else. The staff was nice, but I do not recommend anyone staying here. Only good thing is there was plenty of restaurants and shopping locations in the area.

The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very nice. They tried to accommodate us. So, my complaint is about the horrible conditions of the hotel. First, when I made my reservation (30+ days in advance), I contacted the hotel and inquired about the state of the room due to some of the negative reviews online. I was informed I would be placed in the "new" section of the hotel. When I checked in, I was told the new section was under-maintained. Also, the pool is only open on the weekend (Friday to Sunday). However, the hotel did not post it, nor was I informed during the reservation process. I was given the keys to both of my rooms. We proceeded to our rooms. The hotel hallways are dark (poor lighting) and filthy. The walls are dirty. All the side entrances were full of garbage and dirty. The first room stunk of cigarettes and possibly marijuana. I had to be moved to another room without the nasty smell. However, both of our room AC units look like a safety hazard. The AC units were nasty. My family woke up after two hours due to a persistent cough and did not fall sleep after. We did not have another choice but to stay because, due to college graduations in the area, the rest of the hotels were full. I submitted a complaint and was credit points to the account—NO response from management. Do not stay here.

The hotel is terrible and in really bad conditions. Expensive for what it offers. Leaking ceiling at our door with a bucket to collect the drops, carpets broken and dirty, Chairs, beds and carpet dirty. Smell in the room dust and mold. I needed to sleep with a mask as I am very allergic. This hotel needs to be repair before it continues functioning. Per the concierge receptionists only two cleaning people during graduation weekend. I will never return and will not recommend people to stay before it is repair. Terrible conditions

Full of scams. Pictures look great but the place is trash and full of fees and not worth it. Better off at a hotel with a normal pool. Will never miss an opportunity to recommend somewhere else. Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooioooooiiiiiii

Terrible experience and very disorganized!! We gave this place a chance despite the not great reviews I read. This hotel has so much potential.. it's in a location that has a lot of restaurants , movies , etc ...and the indoor water park is a fantastic idea for families ... However , the customer service at this hotel was terrible. We got to the hotel at 2:30 pm on sat and the lady at the reception desk would not let us check in .she said our room wasn't ready (we did not believe that as ot wasn't even busy ) We left and drove around and came back at 3:15. The line was so long ...they allow non hotel guests to use the indoor water park so after 20 minutes they finally split the line so half of the line went to the other person working the desk to just buy water passes .. we waited in line two hours to check in ! In addition, it costs extra to use the water park which is crazy bc the night was $178 ! For that price , the water park should have been included!! Its $10 per person if you are staying at the hotel for 3 hours of the indoor water park and $20 a person if not .... By the time we got to check in, we only had an hour at the water park ..the hours are 12-3 and 4-7 at the indoor water park ....check in is at 3 and check out was 11 so no time in the morning to enjoy the water park either ...my husband argued with the guy at the desk to give us water park passes at no charge seeing as though it took 2 hours to check in ... He ended up charging us only $10 for three passes but after all that ...they should have been included! All due to slow service..and no apologies by either desk staff for having us wait two hours ! Lots of people waiting 2 hours as well ... They also had a violent movie playing on the TV in the lobby despite it being school vacation week ...and many , many kids in the lobby area waiting 2 hours to check in ...not an appropriate movie at all for kids to see.. The water park was decent .however , it was extremely packed and kids were running everywhere..there were 2 lifeguards and neither were asking the kids to stop running..in addition, tons of kids in the pool jumping near each other and it was not safe ... No life Guard said anything...the pool water temperature was fine but the splash pad water was freezing cold ..one family we saw asked for their money book bc the water was so cold .... The beds and the room was decent but our 6 year old son was playing with his toys on the floor and found a bottle of coconut oil on the floor under the bed so that led us to believe they don't clean under the beds ...we had no hot water in the morning when we went to take showers..my husband called the front desk and the staff said "many people are having this problem. I'll call you back." She never called back .. at 930 sun morning, we went to check out the "continental breakfast" .. no staff members were at the desk and all the breakfast items were behind the desk . .three people were waiting at the desk yelling hello to see if they could get anyone ....at 11:00 when we went to check out, no one was at the desk to do so ....this hotel needs an upgrade of staff that care and are more efficient....and they need to put a limit on the water park when they know the hotel has many guests .....we were very disappointed as it could be a nice place to stay with much improvement!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Waterpark is not open. It does not state that on their website. We did not know until we arrived that everything was closed in the entire hotel. We also paid extra to have a room by the park that wasn't open. Got into the hotel room and there was a huge stain on our comforter. Hallways have water leaks, gaps in doorways, ants, ceilings falling apart, open wires hanging everywhere. Drawers and tables in the room were broken. Smelled like mold throughout the hallways. We asked for a manager upon arrival on a Saturday afternoon, and said they wouldn't be there till Wed. We called the manager the following Wed. Left messages for 3 days and no response. Sent a complaining email and still no response. This place is dirty and in my opinion a hazard to all that stay there!

This hotel was filthy - trash and cigarette butts all over the property, trash in the halls for several days, trash on the floor of the room when we walked in. We bought cleansing wipes to clean all the surfaces in the room. The only good point was the lady who checked us in - she was delightful!

I travel pretty extensively. Probably a couple weekends every month for the past 5 years. And this is the first hotel review I have ever left. Ever. I can say, unequivocally, that this is the worst place my family has ever stayed. EVER. We were there for a lacrosse tournament July 16-18. The grounds were unkept, surrounded by weeds and cigarette butts, trash. The waft of stale moist warm air greeting you from dimly lit hallways was unbearable. They were clearly saving money by not putting ac on in hallways. (We had to drive around to our room, the keypad would not work but fortunately the door waster propped open with a "wet floor" sign for people to come and go.) The rooms were disgusting. (We stayed in 121 -- if someone reaches out to me, could be glad to share pics...) Bathroom sink faucets were stained, pealing bubble paint on wall next to toilet where ruin ate away at wall (tried to pray paint over it with a color was wasn't nearly a match), pealing pain around tub, tub didn't drain well so water pooled around your ankles, hanging dirty fan in bathroom, hair dryer sounded like it was gasoline powered, bubbled linoleum nite stand with cardboard based loose and sticking out from under lamp, mold around ac unit caulking in corner, windows dirty and cloudy. We had to put a towel on the floor to set our dirty clothes on for fear of touching floor. A family from NY showed us videos they shot of bed bugs from the tower room which I can see captured in other review. None of the ice machines worked anywhere. Here is a kicker....we were awoken at midnight from a violent altercation in room two doors down with angry man smashing doors off hinges and screaming at top of his lungs. Front desk called 911 and cops stormed in and arrested people. It was terrifying. People next door to us were blocking door from inside and could not sleep all night. Door was completely splattered off hinges with safety bar lock in place. The hotel covered it with a white "crime scene" sheet that night and repaired next day. Told us it was a "domestic dispute and that we were safe..." when we got back home we put all our clothes in garage overnight then washed twice next day. I WILL SAY the staff was very very nice and genuinely apologetic and accommodating, but appeared incredibly overworked. We felt really bad for them. And the beds - remarkably -- were fairly comfortable. That weekend had every hotel sold out in 45 miles radius or we would have moved. But I would def. recommend sleeping in your car if you can't find anything in the area.

We were assigned this hotel as part of a large tournament at UMASS. Due to travel change, we made a separate reservation for an additional night before our stay. We arrived at midnight. Clerk was very friendly and put us into a room overlooking the "waterpark" in the main buiding. We were told that because there were two reservations that we would need to re-check in the next morning but we would not have to change rooms. The room (170) was large clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. The adventure started the following morning when we were told that we would in fact need to re-pack and change rooms. We moved to the tower (2385) Pictures are from this room. The room was 10 degrees warmer than the hallway, sink did not drain, fridge was inoperative, wifi not working. We turned on the AC, tried to troubleshoot the fridge and get connected. After half an hour we called down to report the AC issue. The maintenance man unsuccessfully attempted to get the AC working. We returned to the lobby to connect to wifi and find a place to eat lunch. While there several others from the team were gathering to discuss issues with their rooms. The staff did a very good job in what must have been a very uncomfortable situation. Our room experience was the norm not the exception. Fortunately they did move us back to the original room which made the stay endurable. Overall I would strongly recommend you seek other accommodations.

HORRIBLE!! Spent 4 nights here with a youth sports team; STAY AWAY! As you move from the entrance to hallways to the bedrooms each area has its' own smell and none are healthy. Paint is already bubbling in bedrooms and peeling due to moisture. There is black mold areas, tiles in ceilings falling and leaking throughout. I cannot believe this hotel would pass a health inspection at this time. A couple of our families said they had bed bugs. I was lucky enough to be entertained on our third night by police kicking in the door of a bedroom four doors down at 11pm to conduct an arrest. This place is absolutely filthy.

Got the wrong soup and wrong fries, fries were soggy, fish was bland and soggy, no malt vinegar or tarter sauce. The cajun shrimp and chicken Alfredo had runny sauce that had nothing cajun about it. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because of good service on the part of the waitress.
