My Family and I choose this Hotel due to the Waterpark. Upon arrival we were told that the Waterpark was only Open Friday-Sunday from 4-7 well after our checkout time on Friday. The guy at the front desk did say we can get in free but we were not going to stay 3hrs after checking out to go to the Waterpark. No where is this mentioned on the site nor when booking. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very nice. They tried to accommodate us. So, my complaint is about the horrible conditions of the hotel. First, when I made my reservation (30+ days in advance), I contacted the hotel and inquired about the state of the room due to some of the negative reviews online. The hotel is terrible and in really bad conditions. Expensive for what it offers. Leaking ceiling at our door with a bucket to collect the drops, carpets broken and dirty, Chairs, beds and carpet dirty. Smell in the room dust and mold. I needed to sleep with a mask as I am very allergic. This hotel needs to be repair before it continues functioning. Per the concierge receptionists only two cleaning people during graduation weekend.
