I don’t n ow what others are talking about. Everyone there is super nice, it’s fast. The food is always fresh and just a genuine “fast” food. But while I was eating I felt like I was at a restaurant. The people kept asking me if there’s anything else I would like and so on. Good was dam near restaurants level too. I’m impressed!

My post is more about the service than the food. Although I've always been happy with the food I had an experience with a few of the employees yesterday.I was driving down the road right in front of Taco Bell on Morgan Road in West springfield. It was rush hour and as usual it was a lot of traffic and everybody was impatient. The car in front of me had died. Poor girl had her hazards on and all the other drivers passing by her were honking and yelling. I pulled into the parking...
