First time going to this Wendy. From beginning to end service was excellent. The night crew pays attention to detail.They definitely have swag and while also providing superior performance. I appreciate that. I had a hard day today, but it ended well because of Wendy’s. Thank you. My meal was delicious.

Visited the Wendy's on Riverdale St., West Springfield. Very clean inside with a nice atmosphere. Service was quick and the staff very friendly. The music was a little on the loud side for my preference. I had the Dave's single burger w/ cheese. Good size burger. The fries were made from real potato and were excellent. Self service on beverage- Coca Cola products. Came with a medium sized drink and fries.

I give this Wendys and staff 5 stars, because they were very friendly we provide them with a big other (19) and they work together as a team to complete this task in a timely manner. They went above and beyond.💙
