“I had the most amazing soup ever from Cedar Street Cafe. Cajun Shrimp and Roaster Corn Chowder was one of the best soups I have ever had! Tons of flavor and loaded with shrimp, corn, spices and everything I could ask for. My compliments to the chef!”

My husband and I were very impressed with the fried pickles as an appetizer. The pickles were large and flavorful, and the coating was delicious. The fish and chips plate is always great at MB’s Taste of the Sea. I tried for the first time the corn and shrimp chowder. The blend of flavors and textures of pureed corn, cream, potato, green pepper, with an abundance of shrimp was truly outstanding.”

“We went for breakfast, the two women up front were so sweet. The lady turned on the witch for my baby to see, and even came out in the pouring rain to give her candy on our way out. They were closing early, but they were amazing to us even 30 minutes to closing when we came in. ( I didn’t realize they were closing early for the holiday.) The price and the service is far beyond 5 stars! Highly recommended stopping for a bite to eat. The food was just as amazing as the people working!”

“Stopped in for some breakfast 🍳 and I wasn’t disappointed. You can’t miss the Cow sign when you walk in there . Once inside the place was clean and I was welcomed right away by a staff member. Ordered a combo and some coffee it was in and out in a timely manner. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely dine in again.”

“Pretty sure this isn’t my first review, but it’s definitely been a while. Just want to say every time we visit Steaming Tender it’s a wonderful experience both in the culinary sense as well as the atmosphere and friendly, well-trained service from your “conductor” (how adorable that they use that title). In addition to all the menu favorites, there’s usually something new to try. Today it was Swedish chowder. It was amazing. Also so filling that I probably should have paired it with a salad rather than the 1/2 pound burger, but live and learn. Warning: lactose intolerant folks beware, lol. My wife is kind of a picky eater, but always enjoys our Steaming Tender meals. Today she had the pork grilled sandwich. Can’t wait for the next visit!”
