Love my favorite Athena Omelette!
Definitely a local place to go. This restaurant has been in business for over 20 years, perhaps much more. Newly renovated a couple years ago.
Seems to be under new management and there has been a definite lessening of service, etc
Recent visit at 1:45 to get a take away order and the doors were locked and seems the 2:00 closing is just a suggestion.
Other more inviting options available in the area.
If you are in the area, you should stop by South Street Diner for breakfast or lunch. We try to go at least every week for their excellent food, friendly service, and great specials! This week one person in our party tried the Green Velvet Shamrock Pancakes and said they were incredible! We would highly recommend you try South Street Diner soon and maybe we will see you there!
