McDonald's Reviews
Front of house people are always on their personal phones and people have to wait for their orders to be taken. I ordered two double cheese burgers with no pickles. One was ok and the other had pickles.WTF how hard is it to get a order right!!! Not the first time they screwed up my order. Maybe the franchise owners should be more involved because the managers don’t care!!! I think Burger King is the way to go!!!'

McDonald's offers deals like 2 for 1 sausage-egg-muffin sandwiches, but customers have reported inconsistent experiences. Some have had average experiences, while others have encountered issues with food quality, such as cold and hard nuggets, dry burgers, and poor presentation. Additionally, there have been problems with ordering and pickup through the app, and some customers have experienced bullying in the restaurant. The location is very busy, which helps ensure the food is usually freshly made, and staff are generally excellent, making it a convenient place for quick meals, especially for those living nearby. The restaurant provides vegetarian options like parfaits, salads, apple slices, and apple & orange juices, but customers should be aware that sodium and sugar levels are high. Inside, there are counter and kiosk ordering options, although lines can build up, and some staff can be rude or unhelpful. Outside, panhandlers near the drive-thru window create an uncomfortable atmosphere, and many customers prefer to get their food delivered. The restaurant has open parking, including handicap and wheelchair accessible spots, with one way entrance and exit. Kids' meals are available in regular or mighty sizes, with prize toys and fun packaging to keep children engaged, and high chairs are provided. Accessible ramps, parking, bathrooms, and seating ensure the restaurant is suitable for customers with mobility challenges.
