I've left one star for this Wendy's in the past, but they have really improved over the last year. I rarely have issues with my order now where as before literally 75% of the time stuff was missing. They also have been very nice lately, even apologizing for the wait when it was quick and fresh! Glad to see a business owner actually doing good. (For now anyways lol)
I asked for no cheese twice as I can't eat it. Low and behold I had cheese. The food was good otherwise, at least what I could eat. I barely heard him say your food was ready as I filled the drinks.
The food is good and the customer service is generally fine, but they have a big issue with getting the right orders to customers. 80% of the time I order from this Wendy’s, my order is missing something, or I’ll get someone else’s order by mistake, even when I’ve only ordered a few items. The most recent time I went, they swapped my order with another customer’s by accident. Even after they “fixed” the order, I still ended up with the wrong burger. They really needs...
