“Always great service from hardworking individuals who are on their feet all day and night. Working in a fast paced environment and truly still keep a friendly and positive attitude towards the customers which in this day and age are very hard to find. So I give a great big KUDOS to all of you Dunkin Donuts fine employees who deserve more than a tip from us customers. I would like to push for an employee bonus for the best rated Dunkin Donuts weekly. It would be nice for the owners to give a little back to your very proud, customer caring alongside establishment upkeep. So if you stop by give them a shout out. Kid-friendliness: Kids always love a drink with whipped cream on it.

Parking: Plenty of parking but I usually go through the drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes doors are accessible and seating also is accessible.

Dietary restrictions: Ask your server and they will humbly give you the proper menu items.“

“My sister and I just happened to stop here because we were hungry the customer service was excellent there's a young lady that works there I believe her name is Chantel great customer service skills explain to us the different items that we were not familiar with she was a gym never got that kind of service in a Dunkin' donuts and we live in Boston“

“I've gone to this Duncan's location many times on my way to work and never have a problem It's usually busy AF and sometimes it's a really long line going into the street but sometimes I just park at the gas station next door and walk on over to pick up if I can't get into the parking lot. I ordered an iced Americano with cold foam on top of it but since I was in such a rush I realized my drink didn't even have the cold phone on top of it. It's on me that I should have checked but also I was running late to work so that's also on me that I should have left the house earlier. But there's usually a bunch of traffic coming down from Boston anyway.“

“I had the sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich toasted and I couldn't finish it in 1 sitting. It was as delicious as it was huge. The medium frozen coffee was delicious and huge too. It seemed more like an extra large but it wasn't a mistake. Everything came at a perfect temperature with a very nice and neat presentation.“
