It was closer to when they close but our server, Amelia made sure that our dining experience was memorable. From the moment we were seated she was attentive, and friendly. “Just finished dinner at Primo's restaurant and had to comment on the food. From NJ and staying in South Deerfield for vacation. My husband, granddaughter and I stopped in for dinner and we're blown away. Started with calamari that was tender, delicious and enough for 3. Husband had lobster ravioli Ala Mar, large portion, flavorful with buttery cream sauce loaded with shrimp and scallops. Delicious. Granddaughter had Chicken Parmesan that was done to perfection. Large chicken cutlet with plenty of cheese over a bed of pasta with fantastic marina sauce. Mine was Primo Specialty Alfredo, a delicious bowl of Fettuccine with a spicy Alfredo sauce tossed with sausage, chicken, salami, peppers and broccoli. Delicious. If you are in the area, DO NOT pass this place. Service may be slow, but we'll worth the wait.“

With that said since the reopening after the pandemic the pizza has been over cooked to the point it is burnt to a crisp, and I mean to a crisp! The old chef has obviously moved on. The last two pizzas I picked up where barely eatable. The left overs were tossed. I used to be a Saturday night regular. The pizza was the best in town for YEARS. Now it seems it’s the worst. I’ll give them one more shot. Three strikes and your out! Replace the pizza chef or at the very least get them cooking lessons.“
