“The young man with the curly hair working tonight 7/27 around 12-1am who was doing the drive through and gave us our food was absolutely amazing. He was working super hard, multitasking and asking if we wanted different sauces and was overall amazing. Not only was he being composed with the long drive through but had such amazing spirit and brought me and my husband a smile to our faces and a great conversation to talk about on the way home. I am absolutely proud of his hard work and how nice he was. Best fast food experience of my entire life and I hope he gets to see this and corporate acknowledges what an outstanding employee they have.“

“Today’s my four year anniversary and our first date was at Fuddruckers In Saugus where we regularly went. Sadly, that Fuddruckers is now closed. My partner comes home from his 16 hour shift at 9 PM today and I wanted to make it To the Fuddruckers in Reading to buy us dinner and surprise him at home afterwards. I asked them to do me a favor and deconstruct the burger for me so I can make it fresh for him later Which I know can be an annoying ask, but they were so sweet about it.
They even surprised me with a Gift card🥹❤️ Made my night!!

“We were in a hurry to get food before a play performance and this 99 was the only place on our route that wasn't Dunkin. The service was fantastic, super nice host and server and everything came very fast. The server helped us choose food that was quick to make and then brought it out so quickly. Everything was delicious.“

“We got 2 large platters (one hot and one raw) for 4 adults. WoW. That was a lot of food. The presentation was beautiful, one on a boat and the other on a bridge. The pieces were huge and very fresh. A lot of different combinations to try. The waitstaff was so nice. Highly recommend!“

Price is a little bit high but worth it, parking around is complicated but after all the recipe is very good.

“First time there, was on a whim due to a Google search for burgers. Snappy Patty’s did not disappoint!! The cheeseburgers, tots, and beignets were on point!! Delicious, well cooked, and well seasoned!!! I’m from the south and this is the FIRST place I have ever recommended for burgers. The decor is phenomenal!! The colors and pics on the wall.. you have to see it!! Everything from Sesame Street, Star Wars, to classic rockers are present on the walls!! The music is the perfect level!! You can talk and have as conversation, but still have background music. Something I have found is not always the case. The staff is unbelievable. I felt like I was a regular that had been going for years! The communication with ordering to hid the staff works senselessly together is an added bonus to this experience. Yes, experience.. when all your senses are activated.. a restaurant/bar isn’t just a place for food and drinks. It’s a place that comes to life. Check it out when you can and tell me if you don’t feel the same!! I already know I’ll be back. Enjoy!!“

“To everyone complaining about prices… you have NO idea how expensive these animals are to maintain. They eat 1000s of dollars worth of food, supplements, and medications a month-each. Veterinarians are expensive. Vet care is expensive. Fencing and enclosure materials are expensive. Construction is expensive. I’m a wildlife biologist and I’ve volunteered and worked for and with many zoological facilities. Yes, this is smaller facility. Size doesn’t equate to excellence… believe me. Prices for everything are up… all materials, feed, enrichment needs etc… fuel, it’s all more expensive than it used to be.“

“First time checking out the Billerica location, we go to the Tewksbury location all the time. This location is located inside of an old
Colonial style building. The bar side looked great but we sat in the dining room. The menu is the same and the quality of food is great. The craft beer selection was decent with a few local breweries represented, including Spy Glass Stateline IPA. Which was tasty. I got the Western Burger which did not disappoint either. Fries are always great, nice and crispy!

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is great! It’s the main reason we go so often. They make a great grilled cheese with fries for a reasonable price.“

“Finished playing basketball and want to have something healthy. Then went to Iris and ordered Cobb salad. It is good with chicken, bacon and salad, they also add avocado with it. Even though it looks like a fast food restaurant, but the food itself is definitely not fast food and worth a try. I will try other kind of food in the future.“

As for Mike’s…Place in the best. Food is awesome. I have never had anything I didn’t like from here.

Portions are huge, and they are still fairly priced like most other places.

Their pita pockets and house dressing in probably the best I’ve ever had. Ever.

Delivery is very fast and I have never had anything ordered arrive incorrect.

The only downfall (not worth removing a star) is that they are not open on Sundays but, good for them! They deserve a day off.

“We were traveling and needed to stop for breakfast. This location is right off the highway! When we walked in it was super clean and smelled clean. We were greeted right away and seated. The atmosphere is very family friendly…we saw kids, seniors, families, even a high school/college soccer team of young men. Our waitress was Lynn. She was very responsive and friendly. Our food was brought out quickly. After enjoying a tasty breakfast, we were back on the highway quickly. Very satisfied with the whole experience! My family and I will be back, the next time we are traveling through.“

A wide array of menu options, plus daily specials posted clearly as you enter the establishment on a chalkboard (really quaint- I have one at home and love it). Everyone from front to back was friendly and accommodating. Food was prepared as ordered and utensils and condiments were included in my to-go bag-highly satisfied.

“Best Dairy Queen Experience Ever!!

I don’t know what Dairy Queen is putting in their blizzards but, I think they’ve also sprinkled some magic into their employees. There was a young, tall, brown-haired guy working last night who deserves an award. Not only did he serve my Blizzard upside down with confidence, but he also made the whole experience top-tier with his friendly attitude and quick service.

If Dairy Queen had a Hall of Fame, this guy would be in it. Give him a raise, or at least unlimited dipped cones for life! 10/10 will be returning soon!“

“I ordered online, went to the drive-thru they said my order was not there they checked again. On my app I took a picture of it and showed it to the cashier. Still had a hard time finding my order. But finally they found it. The reason why I went through drive-thru is cuz I am handicapped. And it was kind of annoying.“
