“I absolutely love this coffee spot. Love Aimee & Jo always so welcoming in the morning , and they know how I like my coffee's made without even asking. Caroline on the weekends is always such a pleasure to chat with too.

“LOVE the new renovations and amenities [charging tables] floor plan is much brighter and more open feeling. Service from regular crew [Hassan, Paige, Cindy, and a few others] is TOP NOTCH!!! From time to time you get some random employees [not certain of the rhyme or reason to this] as well as what appear to be 'other management' [other than Hassan]. Those 'others' always seem unpleasant and not customer friendly. Hassan and crew, please keep bringing top not h quality to our neighborhood. You and your crew make visiting THIS particular Dunkin worthwhile!“

“Although everyone who works here are good workers Tyler is and down the best barista I have ever seen in my life .. I drive 20 miles out of my way to come here is I know Tyler is working.. New England Dunkin donuts really should all take tips from this man when it comes to customer service.. “Local donut shop with an old diner-ish vibe (cash only).

First time passing through Quincy Center, so I stopped by to try some local donuts. It’s cash only, but prices were reasonable. About $11 for a half-dozen regular donuts.

Their “special” donuts sat up front in the glass case with fun toppings, but one of the employees mentioned they’re basically the same chocolate or vanilla frosted donuts dressed up with extras. At $3.50 each, not terrible, but both the pumpkin one and the cookie monster one were just okay.

From their classics, we grabbed the old-fashioned and the Boston cream. Better than Dunkin’, obviously, but not my favorite versions around Boston. Feels more like a spot I’d stop by on my way to work than a place I’d drive out of my way for.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! Thank you all for turning my grumpy morning (I had forgotten my coffee at home, which was the whole reason I went in there in the first place) into a lovely day!“

I’ve only been coming here a couple times a week for the past two months and this morning I walked in and the girl behind the counter saw me coming and had my coffee made before I even got to the register. “We used Union Square Donuts catering as a dessert option for our wedding in Cambridge, and they were tremendous. We had a donut wall to go alongside our wedding cake and it was a big hit with our guests. They provided us with a tasting box months prior to the event so we were able to choose the flavors we wanted for the wedding, including a vegan option for certain guests. We would highly recommend hiring Union Square Donuts to add a special touch to any private event!“

“This donut shop is so great - their selection of donuts is so unique, and creative. They are quite expensive, though, so be prepared. They also have a wide variety of coffee and chais, which was rather nice to see. I ordered the maple latte, and it was okay. It didnt need any additional al.sweetner, but the taste was...different. Not bad, though! The staff was really polite, and kind, and there was quite a bit of seat in no available, as well as a restroom on site. I will definitely come back when I can!“

“Unions square donuts is inside Boston Public Market and always has a few vegan donuts. The vegan ones were actually interesting flavors and not just a generic glazed donut like other places do. “Excellent service and a wide variety of coffee, tea, yummy donuts, bagels, and muffins.

The egg wasn’t my favorite (tastes microwaved), but the donuts were fantastic, and the consideration was above and beyond (one of the gentleman even brought me napkins without me asking).

There is plenty of parking.

“I didn’t even like donuts until I tried the Boston cream donut from Blackbird. Now I randomly crave donuts at 8 pm when they’ve already closed and I have to (impatiently) wait until the next morning. Anyway - these are the best, softest donuts I’ve ever had and you have to try them too. Plus the staff is super friendly and the coffee is great!“

“We tried two flavors as part of a Boston underground donut tour. So they were brought to a table, my tour guide in pieces ready for us to share. We tried the brown butter cruller and a hibiscus glazed yeast doughnut. I thought both were excellent. The cruller was awesome that morning when it was fresh, but I took some leftover samples home and I could definitely tell by the end of the day It was dry and didn't taste as good. The cherry and hibiscus glazed doughnut fared better throughout the day. we had an excellent experience and the donuts were very fresh and tasty. The unique flavors are an awesome novelty to try. I like the atmosphere of the food court and it has a clean restroom available as well, with a reasonable amount of seating.“

“Ordered the strawberry yogurt slush and it was truly amazing! I chose the lowest sugar level and you can really taste the fresh fruit in there (the natural strawberry aroma). The yogurt is creamy and flavorful, and the crystal boba (not sure if that’s the name, the slightly crunchy one) in the drink is fresh too.

“I come here every so often. Just a local doughnut shop where you can also buy scratch tickets/tobacco. My go-to is the glazed chocolate. Relatively smaller doughnut but it is just the right size if you don't want to feel too guilty. Service is always excellent but I never tried any of the breakfast sandwiches.“

“I have been getting my morning coffee here for years. They are always very kind to me and my dog, Banjo. Someone usually manages to sneak Banjo some bacon and that makes us both very happy.
My only complaint is that one specific manager has turned off Dunkin Radio and replaced it with some non-english spoken word stuff. I didn't know the content, but no one seems to be into it. Plus, when he's there no one seems to be having fun and they are reluctant to sneak banjo bacon when he is there.“

“The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

I make it a point to visit the best donut spots in cities i visit and i still havent found a place that tops this. Get there early because they sell out. I also never been to their other locations, just the original one (which can sort of be out of the way from the rest of the city)“

“I’m obsessed with the Portuguese sandwich. Iced coffee is drinkable black, which is all I really care about. Staff has always been helpful and they do their best to get us all served quickly. I couldn’t believe it was a whole honeydew inside the tiny gas station. I’m also a big fan of the coconut donuts.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“Received a DD gift card for Mothers day 2020 from my Gdot, so I used it at 1200 Hyde Park Ave location around 2:50 pm 5/18/ 20 where I was patronized by a very nice latino woman to be specific, ordering the back by popular demand Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, and the new to me Protien Muffin, who she had the food attendant gentlemen working with her retrieve, let me also remind you that during these Covid-19 times, I saw that I had to go inside due to no drive thru available. That was the best service I was given in years, my order in front of me within one minute, and the Muffin was bakery fresh, with the Iced Coffee made to perfection. What I fabulous team they have working here.“
