We went to Polaris Restaurant for my husband 's birthday. It was different than the last time. We were seated up stairs, which was unexpected. The waitress was nice and accommodating. But I noticed the table was dirty, and needed to be cleaned. Another server cleaned the table and apologized. My son who has lactose intolerance we had order him a pizza without cheese. The waitress was lovely,and understanding. Even the Manager was accommodating, by making sure about the pizza...

Upstairs bar/lounge could be hidden gem but it's overlooked and guessing mismanaged

Went tonight to watch game at bar and was full
Sat in hightop and was completely overlooked

Sat for 10 minutes while I attempted to get a pitcher the one bartender totally passed me over and started talking to patrons at the bar

I could tell that it was going to be like pulling teeth to get any kind of service so we left and...
