I eat chipotle all the time and the food is fresh but the customer service is genuinely terrible. Multiple times something in my bag something has been forgotten and i drive all the way home or back to work, i come back to tell them and they don’t care they do not even apologize. They are rude do not smile, always chaotic and a giant line because they are obviously incompetent and i feel extremely disrespected after how i was just treated over driving all the way from home back...read full review
Chipotle is amazing taste! Service was ok. I spend 35 usd for 2 meals
did not receive the correct order at all when i placed a pick up order. Did not include steak queso or guac all that I paid extra for
