I ordered one milkshake for myself on Mother’s Day. Staff called and said I’m just letting you know we’re out of fries. I said okay no problem as I only ordered a milk shake. She was such a sweetheart. She said okay no problem.
Get a phone call like 15 minutes later saying we don’t have any food. I said okay- I only ordered a milkshake. Lol. The guy told me he was a manager and said they don’t have no food because dayshift forgot to prep or something to that extent....read full review
Do NOT recommend the Worcester location. Placed online order, went to pick up and they didn’t have it. Ok fine it happens, they take the order again and make the order. I left and got to where I was staying only to discover they made whatever they wanted
