As always the staff was phenomenal. It is very pricey but most places are now. Everyone enjoyed the food, but a word to the wise. If you don't like a lot of salt. Ask them to lighten the salt on the steak Overall it was great though!!
The service was very slow, our server would take for ever to the table. We had reservations for 6pm what should has been a 2hr tops meal end up being a 5hrs not by choice because the service from the front of the house to the kitchen was so slow. On top of that my steak was over cooked. I sent it back to be redone and it took so long that I end up eating the bake potato and taking the stake home😡
This Worcester location is one of THE best RCSHs in the country. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Steaks served on a 500 degree plate makes their incredible steaks sing when they're served. We love this Worcester RCSH location. It's our got to for special occasions, holidays and when we want a special experience. Worth every penny.
