Giving it a 2 because I don’t think the coffee or food is the problem. Minimum wage = no effort. It doesn’t matter if you walk in or place a mobile order, you will wait 15-20 min for your order. They also don’t pay attention and will hand off your order to someone else and give you excuses of why your order isn’t ready. I’ve given this place too many chances. Well its clear that this location caters to mobile orders before all else, sonthey will usually say things like "oh the lattes are taking about 15 to 20 minutes so if youre in a rush...." or you can sit in the drive thru and then place your order so they can say "oh our system isnt allowing us to order the fall drinks at the moment" so i guess they cant take orders if the system is down, not even with a good old fashioned pen or pencil, always a headache going there so ive decided...read full review
