“This Worcester location is one of THE best RCSHs in the country. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Steaks served on a 500 degree plate makes their incredible steaks sing when they're served. We love this Worcester RCSH location. It's our got to for special occasions, holidays and when we want a special experience. Worth every penny.“

“We appreciate the food at Longhorn. However, we have encountered a recurring issue with takeout orders, specifically regarding side dishes. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“

“Food was delicious but it seemed like they were understaffed. Restaurant was over half empty and they were running on a wait if you didn't want to sit in the bar area. Entrees took about 45 minutes to come out. Thank God we ordered apps!“

“We enjoyed the delicious food and amazing atmosphere at Jimmy’s. However, the best part was the incomparable service. We are two mom friends who were dining with our young adult children, both of whom have Down syndrome. Our waiter, Felipe, treated these young adults with patience and respect. He made and sustained eye contact with them, spoke directly to them asking questions, giving information, and clarifying responses. Although we should be able to expect this, the reality is that relatively few people possess this level of comfort when encountering neurodivergent people. We also found Denise, the manager to be kind and respectful. Believe me when I say that even in 2026, we don’t always feel this welcome or wanted in public venues! This was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Felipe and Denise.“

“One Eleven is probably my favorite restaurant in Worcester; they provide an exceptional dining experience every time I go.
Food is always excellent, including steaks cooked perfectly...best filet I've ever had, and the creme brûlée is to die for. The staff is amazing as well; you typically have two servers working together, which makes for a smooth, personalized dining experience.“
